it_o always_o provide_v that_o we_o think_v not_o every_o conflict_n of_o conscience_n continual_o and_o chief_o to_o be_v for_o the_o pursue_v of_o our_o sin_n but_o sometime_o and_o principal_o that_o it_o come_v for_o the_o trial_n of_o our_o faith_n and_o yet_o secondary_o or_o less_o principal_o for_o the_o scourge_v of_o sin_n as_o we_o may_v see_v in_o job._n whereupon_o let_v all_o afflict_a man_n be_v admonish_v when_o they_o see_v good_a man_n thus_o humble_v &_o throw_v down_o in_o mind_n to_o lay_v their_o hand_n on_o their_o mouth_n from_o say_v sure_o these_o man_n be_v the_o second_o verse_n teach_v that_o these_o two_o be_v all_o the_o comfort_n that_o he_o have_v in_o trouble_n when_o he_o suffer_v for_o well-doing_n and_o have_v his_o sin_n forgive_v and_o have_v the_o favour_n of_o god_n then_o if_o we_o will_v stand_v in_o trouble_n let_v we_o labour_n to_o be_v ground_v on_o the_o promise_n of_o forgiveness_n of_o sin_n of_o a_o new_a life_n of_o his_o fatherly_a providence_n and_o let_v this_o purge_v we_o from_o sin_n and_o if_o we_o can_v do_v this_o than_o nothing_o shall_v separate_v we_o from_o god_n as_o paul_n say_v rom._n 8._o and_o again_o he_o say_v there_o be_v no_o condemnation_n to_o they_o that_o be_v in_o christ_n for_o they_o have_v his_o spirit_n to_o purge_v they_o from_o sin_n and_o to_o strengthen_v their_o faith_n the_o want_n of_o these_o cause_v man_n to_o step_v back_o and_o the_o weakness_n of_o our_o faith_n &_o the_o carelessness_n of_o these_o cause_v such_o fear_n in_o god_n child_n and_o such_o shrink_a for_o the_o devil_n lay_v their_o sin_n to_o their_o charge_n which_o they_o see_v not_o discharge_v and_o their_o faith_n be_v weak_a and_o therefore_o they_o be_v dive_v up_o and_o down_o and_o sure_o trouble_n must_v come_v to_o all_o for_o so_o it_o be_v ordain_v though_o to_o some_o less_o than_o other_o and_o therefore_o when_o it_o come_v we_o be_v faint_a if_o we_o have_v not_o be_v seek_v knowledge_n because_o they_o know_v not_o what_o the_o soul_n be_v yea_o the_o child_n of_o god_n because_o they_o labour_v not_o continual_o to_o keep_v a_o good_a conscience_n and_o to_o strengthen_v their_o faith_n they_o be_v carry_v away_o with_o the_o love_n of_o earthly_a thing_n after_o the_o example_n of_o the_o wicked_a for_o prosperity_n be_v as_o a_o flood_n which_o carry_v all_o thing_n with_o it_o and_o as_o well_o good_a as_o bad_a and_o therefore_o they_o be_v often_o carry_v away_o with_o the_o love_n of_o these_o outward_a thing_n but_o the_o child_n of_o god_n by_o lie_v in_o some_o gross_a sin_n here_o be_v then_o a_o touch_n stone_n for_o they_o that_o can_v say_v i_o trust_v i_o fear_v god_n if_o i_o fear_v not_o god_n how_o shall_v i_o hope_v to_o prosper_v or_o how_o shall_v i_o live_v for_o if_o their_o fear_n be_v try_v by_o the_o word_n and_o their_o fear_n of_o the_o word_n be_v try_v by_o particular_a sin_n they_o will_v soon_o bewray_v themselves_o god_n again_o many_o there_o be_v who_o will_v say_v they_o fear_v god_n while_o sickness_n poverty_n or_o some_o cross_n lie_v upon_o they_o but_o when_o affliction_n be_v pass_v over_o
