of_o love_v one_o another_o be_v a_o new_a commandment_n it_o may_v seem_v strange_a that_o he_o call_v it_o new_a and_o yet_o be_v give_v so_o long_o ago_o by_o the_o lord_n god_n himself_o in_o his_o commandment_n 18._o and_o be_v the_o very_a sum_n of_o the_o whole_a second_o table_n as_o it_o do_v appear_v by_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n his_o own_o interpretation_n 39_o that_o we_o love_v our_o neighbour_n as_o ourself_o this_o then_o seem_v not_o to_o be_v new_a which_o be_v deliver_v to_o moses_n a_o thousand_o year_n before_o &_o more_o true_a it_o be_v our_o saviour_n especial_o among_o we_o norfolk_n man_n if_o jesus_n christ_n have_v give_v we_o this_o commandment_n to_o love_v ourselves_o how_o notable_o can_v we_o have_v practise_v it_o and_o what_o a_o number_n of_o follower_n thereof_o shall_v we_o have_v find_v among_o we_o at_o this_o day_n all_o england_n all_o norfolk_n shall_v have_v be_v find_v very_o perfect_a in_o it_o but_o alas_o good_a he_o can_v abide_v to_o hear_v his_o commandment_n so_o contemptuous_o and_o despiteful_o tread_v under_o our_o foot_n therefore_o let_v we_o be_v careful_a in_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n to_o amend_v that_o which_o be_v amiss_o in_o we_o and_o now_o begin_v to_o embrace_v this_o new_a commandment_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n of_o love_v one_o a_o other_o and_o utter_o forsake_v and_o remove_v that_o old_a satan_n commandment_n of_o love_v of_o ourselves_o that_o we_o may_v be_v right_a disciple_n and_o scholar_n of_o jesus_n christ_n as_o we_o say_v we_o be_v christian_n and_o hold_v of_o christ_n well_o thus_o you_o see_v what_o weighty_a charge_n be_v give_v of_o our_o saviour_n to_o love_v one_o a_o other_o it_o be_v no_o small_a matter_n and_o therefore_o not_o hasty_o to_o be_v put_v up_o because_o it_o be_v both_o a_o commandment_n and_o proceed_v also_o from_o he_o that_o have_v authority_n over_o all_o thing_n to_o command_v which_o have_v his_o judgement_n for_o we_o in_o the_o life_n to_o come_v if_o we_o will_v not_o be_v teach_v by_o fair_a mean_n here_o in_o this_o life_n now_o it_o follow_v in_o the_o text_n even_o as_o i_o have_v love_v you_o this_o sentence_n serve_v both_o for_o a_o reason_n more_o vehement_o to_o persuade_v we_o to_o love_v one_o a_o other_o by_o his_o own_o example_n that_o so_o tender_o love_v we_o &_o also_o it_o serve_v for_o a_o pattern_n to_o try_v our_o love_n by_o whether_o it_o be_v sincere_a or_o feign_a the_o reason_n whereby_o he_o exhort_v we_o to_o love_v one_o a_o other_o stand_v thus_o i_o so_o tender_o love_v you_o that_o be_v from_o all_o eternity_n with_o my_o father_n in_o joy_n eternal_a 6._o humble_v myself_o to_o become_v man_n in_o your_o nature_n 15._o subject_n to_o all_o misery_n and_o sorrow_n as_o you_o be_v and_o for_o your_o love_n yield_v myself_o not_o only_o to_o all_o spite_n and_o villainy_n that_o wicked_a man_n can_v do_v unto_o i_o but_o even_o to_o the_o very_a death_n i_o submit_v myself_o and_o that_o to_o the_o most_o shameful_a death_n for_o your_o death_n to_o bring_v you_o to_o a_o glorious_a life_n and_o this_o i_o do_v not_o only_a when_o you_o be_v no_o friend_n of_o i_o but_o also_o when_o you_o be_v my_o utter_a enemy_n 8._o ought_v not_o you_o then_o in_o like_a manner_n much_o more_o love_v one_o a_o other_o be_v thus_o redeem_v silly_a poor_a soul_n by_o my_o bitter_a death_n 13._o you_o be_v all_o alike_o subject_a to_o eternal_a hell_n fire_n and_o now_o i_o so_o love_v you_o 6._o that_o i_o give_v myself_o a_o ransom_n for_o you_o ought_v not_o you_o then_o much_o more_o consider_v my_o goodness_n love_v one_o a_o other_o if_o a_o king_n shall_v of_o his_o great_a goodness_n give_v his_o own_o life_n to_o ransom_n a_o company_n of_o beggar_n be_v in_o bondage_n and_o beside_o not_o only_o deliver_v they_o out_o of_o slavery_n of_o a_o foreign_a prince_n but_o also_o exalt_v they_o to_o the_o state_n of_o lord_n and_o noble_n by_o devide_v his_o inheritance_n among_o they_o be_v it_o not_o i_o say_v a_o intolerable_a thing_n if_o these_o exalt_a beggar_n forget_v their_o former_a estate_n shall_v now_o be_v so_o puff_v up_o in_o pride_n that_o one_o of_o they_o will_v not_o vouchsafe_v to_o look_v upon_o a_o other_o but_o contemn_v hate_v and_o disdain_v one_o a_o other_o be_v not_o this_o thing_n intolerable_a and_o not_o to_o be_v suffer_v among_o man_n so_o to_o requite_v the_o goodness_n of_o their_o king_n nay_o will_v not_o we_o rather_o give_v our_o verdict_n upon_o they_o and_o think_v they_o well_o serve_v to_o be_v set_v again_o all_o alike_o in_o beggary_n and_o slavery_n as_o they_o be_v before_o and_o look_v if_o they_o can_v agree_v any_o better_a among_o themselves_o there_o yes_o sure_o will_v we_o and_o think_v they_o well_o serve_v even_o so_o good_a brethren_n if_o we_o will_v not_o love_v one_o a_o other_o since_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n have_v so_o tender_o love_v we_o that_o he_o have_v give_v himself_o for_o we_o to_o redeem_v we_o from_o hell_n sure_o it_o can_v not_o be_v otherwise_o think_v but_o that_o we_o deserve_v to_o be_v throw_v down_o headlong_o to_o hell_n eternal_o and_o look_v if_o we_o can_v agree_v any_o better_a there_o it_o please_v the_o lord_n jesus_n to_o redeem_v we_o from_o damnation_n that_o we_o may_v love_v one_o a_o other_o as_o he_o love_v we_o if_o we_o will_v not_o then_o love_v one_o a_o other_o what_o be_v it_o else_o but_o even_o to_o provoke_v the_o lord_n jesus_n to_o leave_v we_o even_o where_o he_o find_v we_o that_o be_v even_o firebrand_n of_o hell_n and_o look_v how_o we_o can_v away_o with_o that_o gear_n wherefore_o good_a brethren_n let_v we_o take_v this_o argument_n to_o ourselves_o and_o although_o we_o will_v not_o love_v one_o a_o other_o for_o no_o other_o thing_n yet_o at_o the_o least_o let_v we_o love_v one_o a_o other_o for_o jesus_n christ_n sake_n who_o so_o tender_o and_o dear_o love_v we_o that_o he_o give_v his_o own_o life_n for_o we_o if_o not_o for_o his_o sake_n yet_o good_a brethren_n for_o our_o own_o soul_n sake_n which_o shall_v perish_v in_o hell_n everlasting_o thus_o you_o see_v what_o force_n this_o reason_n have_v which_o the_o
