sin_n and_o the_o tyranny_n of_o satan_n who_o hold_v we_o under_o the_o sentence_n of_o the_o law_n as_o condemn_v to_o die_v and_o so_o have_v the_o power_n of_o death_n over_o we_o that_o we_o may_v more_o clear_o understand_v that_o sad_a condition_n into_o which_o sin_n have_v bring_v the_o son_n of_o fall_a adam_n and_o by_o which_o satan_n have_v obtain_v such_o a_o dreadful_a may_v remember_v we_o this_o death_n part_v soul_n and_o body_n once_o so_o dear_a companion_n in_o this_o world_n and_o mutual_a partner_n of_o joy_n and_o pain_n and_o this_o death_n send_v the_o immortal_a spirit_n to_o a_o everlasting_a state_n of_o bliss_n or_o misery_n and_o lay_v down_o the_o decay_a body_n in_o the_o grave_a to_o be_v rebuilt_a in_o a_o joyful_a or_o dismal_a resurrection_n though_o it_o be_v this_o death_n which_o the_o generality_n of_o mankind_n do_v most_o fear_n who_o regard_v this_o world_n as_o all_o their_o happiness_n account_v it_o the_o worst_a thing_n they_o can_v suffer_v to_o be_v remove_v out_o of_o it_o yet_o there_o be_v another_o death_n which_o be_v far_o more_o dreadful_a that_o death_n which_o though_o stupid_a sinner_n do_v not_o feel_v yet_o strike_v through_o the_o vital_n of_o their_o soul_n and_o which_o not_o only_o darken_v the_o mind_n and_o damp_n that_o holy_a fire_n which_o in_o man_n primitive_a constitution_n perpetual_o flame_v in_o his_o breast_n and_o enkindle_v his_o affection_n and_o move_v they_o towards_o god_n but_o deaden_v all_o our_o power_n and_o faculty_n and_o make_v man_n to_o be_v dead_a and_o which_o expose_v we_o defenceless_a to_o his_o attack_n he_o can_v not_o on_o all_o occasion_n get_v so_o easy_a a_o victory_n over_o we_o nay_o be_v it_o not_o that_o this_o spiritual_a death_n have_v universal_o seize_v mankind_n the_o devil_n will_v have_v little_a business_n on_o earth_n and_o have_v no_o more_o to_o do_v here_o than_o in_o heaven_n and_o now_o consequent_a to_o this_o spiritual_a death_n be_v that_o which_o be_v eternal_a which_o be_v all_o anguish_n and_o torture_n of_o mind_n without_o intermission_n or_o end_n and_o which_o be_v that_o never-ceasing_a misery_n and_o woe_n under_o which_o the_o devil_n and_o damn_a spirit_n do_v hopeless_o groan_v whereas_o then_o we_o be_v dead_a in_o sin_n and_o appoint_v to_o die_v as_o it_o be_v a_o curse_n threaten_v to_o the_o sinner_n and_o be_v sentence_v to_o undergo_v all_o the_o horror_n of_o eternal_a death_n christ_n come_v on_o purpose_n to_o take_v off_o the_o curse_n of_o the_o one_o and_o entire_o to_o free_v we_o from_o the_o other_o and_o since_o it_o be_v by_o die_v that_o he_o design_v to_o subvert_v the_o devil_n empire_n of_o death_n he_o take_v humane_a nature_n into_o union_n with_o himself_o that_o he_o may_v be_v capable_a of_o suffer_v and_o die_v forasmuch_o as_o the_o child_n be_v partaker_n of_o flesh_n and_o blood_n the_o child_n those_o of_o the_o son_n of_o man_n who_o
