bless_a will_n and_o commandment_n by_o cost_v away_o the_o work_n of_o darkness_n and_o put_v on_o the_o armour_n of_o light_n that_o man_n see_v my_o good_a work_n may_v thereby_o be_v provoke_v to_o glorify_v thou_o our_o heavenly_a father_n which_o with_o thy_o only_a beget_v son_n jesu_n christ_n our_o alone_a saviour_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n thy_o most_o sweet_a comforter_n live_v and_o raign_a one_o true_a and_o everlasting_a god_n world_n without_o end_n amen_n a_o prayer_n to_o be_v say_v for_o all_o such_o as_o lie_v at_o the_o point_n of_o death_n o_o most_o love_a saviour_n and_o gentle_a redeemer_n which_o come_v into_o this_o world_n to_o call_v sinner_n unto_o repentance_n and_o to_o seek_v that_o which_o be_v lose_v thou_o see_v in_o what_o case_n this_o our_o brother_n lie_v here_o visit_v with_o thy_o merciful_a hand_n all_o weak_a feeble_a sick_a and_o ready_a to_o yield_v up_o his_o soul_n into_o thy_o holy_a hand_n o_o look_v upon_o he_o most_o gentle_a saviour_n with_o thy_o merciful_a eye_n pity_v he_o and_o be_v favourable_a unto_o he_o he_o be_v thy_o workmanship_n despise_v not_o therefore_o the_o work_n of_o thy_o own_o hand_n thou_o suffer_v thy_o blessed_a body_n and_o thy_o precious_a blood_n to_o be_v shed_v for_o his_o sin_n and_o to_o bring_v he_o unto_o the_o glory_n of_o thy_o heavenly_a father_n let_v it_o not_o therefore_o come_v to_o pass_v that_o thou_o shall_v suffer_v so_o great_a pain_n for_o he_o in_o vain_a he_o be_v baptize_v in_o thy_o name_n and_o give_v himself_o whole_o to_o be_v thy_o servant_n forsake_v the_o devil_n the_o world_n and_o the_o flesh_n confess_v he_o therefore_o before_o thy_o heavenly_a father_n and_o his_o bless_a angel_n to_o be_v thy_o servant_n his_o sin_n we_o confess_v to_o be_v great_a for_o who_o be_v able_a to_o say_v my_o heart_n be_v clean_o and_o i_o be_o free_a from_o sin_n but_o thy_o mercy_n o_o lord_n be_v much_o great_a and_o thou_o come_v not_o to_o call_v the_o righteous_a but_o sinner_n unto_o repentance_n to_o they_o that_o be_v disease_v and_o overload_v with_o the_o burden_n of_o sin_n do_v thou_o promise_v ease_n thou_o be_v that_o god_n which_o will_v not_o the_o death_n of_o a_o sinner_n but_o rather_o that_o he_o shall_v turn_v and_o live_v thou_o be_v that_o saviour_n which_o will_v all_o man_n to_o be_v save_v &_o to_o come_v to_o the_o knowledge_n of_o thy_o truth_n withdraw_v not_o therefore_o thy_o mercy_n from_o he_o because_o of_o his_o sin_n but_o rather_o lay_v upon_o he_o thy_o save_a health_n that_o thou_o may_v show_v thyself_o towards_o he_o to_o be_v a_o saviour_n what_o great_a praise_n can_v there_o be_v to_o a_o physician_n then_o to_o heal_v the_o sick_a neither_o can_v there_o be_v a_o great_a glory_n to_o thou_o be_v a_o saviour_n then_o to_o save_v sinner_n save_v he_o therefore_o o_o lord_n for_o thy_o name_n sake_n again_o let_v the_o law_n be_v no_o corrosive_a to_o his_o conscience_n but_o rather_o give_v he_o grace_n even_o in_o this_o extreme_a agony_n and_o conflict_n of_o death_n to_o be_v full_o persuade_v that_o thou_o by_o thy_o death_n have_v take_v away_o all_o his_o sin_n fulfil_v the_o law_n for_o he_o and_o by_o this_o mean_v deliver_v he_o from_o the_o curse_n of_o the_o law_n and_o pay_v his_o ransom_n that_o he_o thus_o be_v full_o persuade_v may_v have_v a_o quiet_a heart_n a_o free_a conscience_n and_o a_o glad_a will_n to_o forsake_v this_o wretched_a world_n and_o to_o go_v unto_o his_o lord_n god._n moreover_o thou_o have_v conquer_v he_o that_o have_v rule_v over_o death_n even_o satan_n suffer_v he_o not_o therefore_o to_o exercise_v his_o tyranny_n upon_o this_o our_o sick_a brother_n nor_o to_o disquiet_v his_o conscience_n with_o the_o terror_n of_o sin_n and_o pain_n of_o hel._n let_v not_o satan_n nor_o his_o infernal_a army_n tempt_v he_o further_o than_o he_o be_v able_a to_o bear_v but_o evermore_o give_v he_o grace_v even_o unto_o his_o last_o breath_n valiant_o to_o fight_v against_o the_o devil_n with_o a_o strong_a faith_n in_o thy_o precious_a blood_n that_o he_o may_v fight_v a_o good_a fight_n and_o finish_v his_o course_n with_o joy_n unto_o the_o glory_n of_o thy_o name_n and_o the_o health_n of_o his_o soul_n o_o lord_n so_o work_v in_o he_o by_o thy_o holy_a spirit_n that_o he_o with_o all_o his_o heart_n may_v contemn_v and_o despise_v all_o worldly_a thing_n and_o set_v his_o mind_n whole_o upon_o heavenly_a thing_n hope_v for_o they_o with_o a_o strong_a and_o undoubted_a faith_n again_o let_v it_o not_o grieve_v he_o o_o sweet_a saviour_n to_o be_v losen_v from_o this_o vile_a and_o wretched_a carcase_n which_o be_v now_o so_o full_a of_o sorrow_n trouble_n and_o anguish_n sickness_n and_o pain_n but_o rather_o let_v he_o have_v a_o bent_n and_o ready_a will_n through_o thy_o goodness_n to_o put_v it_o off_o yea_o and_o that_o with_o this_o faith_n that_o he_o at_o the_o last_o day_n shall_v receive_v it_o again_o in_o a_o much_o better_a state_n than_o it_o be_v now_o or_o ever_o be_v from_o the_o day_n of_o his_o birth_n even_o as_o a_o body_n uncorruptible_a immortal_a and_o like_a to_o thy_o glorious_a body_n let_v his_o whole_a heart_n and_o mind_n be_v set_v only_o upon_o thou_o let_v the_o remembrance_n of_o the_o joy_n of_o heaven_n be_v so_o servant_n in_o his_o breast_n that_o he_o may_v both_o patient_o and_o thankful_o take_v his_o death_n and_o ever_o wish_v to_o be_v with_o thou_o in_o glory_n and_o when_o the_o time_n come_v that_o he_o shall_v give_v over_o to_o nature_n and_o depart_v from_o this_o miserable_a worldâ—_n vouchsafe_v we_o most_o humble_o beseech_v thou_o o_o lord_n jesu_n to_o take_v his_o soul_n into_o thy_o hand_n and_o to_o place_v it_o among_o the_o glorion_n company_n of_o thy_o holy_a angel_n and_o bless_a saint_n and_o to_o keep_v it_o unto_o that_o joyful_a day_n of_o the_o general_a resurrection_n that_o both_o his_o body_n and_o soul_n through_o thy_o almighty_a power_n be_v knitie_n again_o together_o at_o that_o day_n he_o may_v for_o ever_o and_o ever_o enjoy_v that_o glorious_a kingdom_n and_o sing_v perpetual_a praise_n to_o thy_o bless_a name_n amen_n a_o grace_n before_o meat_n we_o beseethe_v thou_o o_o heavenly_a father_n to_o bless_v we_o and_o these_o thy_o meat_n and_o drink_n that_o we_o saviour_n amen_n a_o grace_n after_o meat_n for_o this_o thy_o bountiful_a goodness_n in_o feed_n we_o at_o this_o time_n we_o hearty_o thank_v thou_o o_o most_o merciful_a father_n desire_v thou_o so_o to_o feed_v our_o soul_n likewise_o with_o that_o meat_n and_o drink_v which_o perish_v not_o but_o abide_v in_o everlasting_a life_n that_o we_o be_v feed_v both_o in_o body_n and_o soul_n at_o thy_o merciful_a hand_n may_v always_o do_v that_o which_o be_v acceptable_a in_o thy_o sight_n through_o jesus_n christ_n amen_n grace_n before_o meat_n heavenly_a father_n grant_v that_o our_o
