artisan_n be_v not_o all_o excellent_a workman_n although_o they_o have_v be_v bind_v to_o their_o trade_n and_o have_v wrought_v long_o in_o it_o yet_o be_v but_o bungler_n so_o for_o husbandry_n all_o husbandman_n be_v not_o so_o know_v in_o their_o profession_n as_o to_o thrive_v but_o they_o labour_v at_o random_n without_o judgement_n or_o observation_n and_o like_o those_o that_o learn_v to_o read_v by_o rote_n may_v understand_v the_o word_n or_o letter_n but_o not_o the_o sense_n and_o mean_v so_o we_o may_v be_v bring_v up_o to_o labour_n but_o not_o understand_v to_o make_v a_o profitable_a increase_n not_o know_v the_o nature_n of_o the_o several_a soil_n as_o what_o for_o pasture_n or_o meadow_n or_o tillage_n nor_o to_o foresee_a the_o change_n of_o weather_n nor_o to_o take_v the_o most_o seasonable_a time_n nor_o to_o observe_v the_o course_n of_o the_o planet_n all_o which_o be_v very_o requisite_a for_o the_o breed_n of_o our_o animal_n and_o increase_v of_o our_o vegetable_n wherefore_o in_o my_o opinion_n it_o be_v very_o necessary_a for_o we_o to_o choose_v the_o most_o observe_v and_o experience_a man_n among_o we_o that_o understand_v husbandry_n soul_n of_o man_n moral_a teacher_n for_o the_o manner_n of_o man_n human_a teacher_n for_o the_o body_n of_o man_n and_o physician_n for_o the_o life_n of_o man_n so_o there_o shall_v be_v natural_a teacher_n and_o informer_n for_o the_o profitable_a increase_n for_o man_n such_o as_o have_v not_o only_a experience_n by_o practice_n and_o judgement_n by_o observation_n but_o have_v both_o learning_n and_o conception_n of_o natural_a philosophy_n as_o to_o learn_v and_o search_v into_o the_o cause_n and_o effect_n of_o nature_n work_v and_o to_o know_v and_o observe_v the_o influence_n of_o the_o heaven_n on_o earth_n and_o on_o the_o diverse_a and_o sundry_a creature_n in_o and_o on_o the_o earth_n also_o the_o sympathy_n and_o antipathy_n of_o the_o several_a creature_n to_o each_o other_o as_o also_o the_o nature_n and_o propriety_n of_o every_o kind_a and_o sort_v of_o creature_n so_o shall_v we_o know_v how_o to_o increase_v our_o breed_n of_o animal_n and_o our_o store_n of_o vegetable_n and_o to_o find_v out_o the_o mineral_n for_o our_o use_n for_o as_o learn_v without_o practice_n be_v of_o no_o effect_n so_o practise_v without_o knowledge_n be_v of_o small_a profit_n yet_o many_o will_n take_v upon_o they_o to_o instruct_v other_o that_o want_v instruction_n themselves_o but_o such_o instructer_n instruction_n be_v more_o in_o word_n than_o for_o use_n as_o plutarch_n commonwealth_n or_o virgilius_n georgic_n two_o famous_a man_n the_o one_o a_o moral_a philosopher_n the_o other_o a_o poet_n the_o one_o do_v form_n such_o a_o commonwealth_n as_o man_n will_v nor_o can_v not_o live_v in_o it_o and_o so_o not_o fit_a for_o use_v the_o other_o can_v better_v set_v his_o wit_n to_o work_n than_o his_o hand_n for_o if_o virgil_n have_v
