reason_n can_v reach_v this_o be_v to_o make_v his_o justice_n comprehensible_a and_o that_o we_o must_v believe_v nothing_o of_o god_n way_n above_o our_o reason_n and_o whereas_o you_o affirm_v â—t_a be_v as_o good_a reason_n to_o say_v god_n destroy_v man_n for_o not_o be_v god_n etc._n etc._n as_o for_o not_o believe_v because_o man_n can_v no_o more_o do_v the_o one_o than_o the_o other_o etc._n etc._n first_o if_o it_o be_v grant_v that_o man_n have_v no_o more_o power_n to_o believe_v then_o to_o become_v god_n etc._n etc._n it_o follow_v not_o therefore_o that_o we_o as_o good_a reason_n to_o destroy_v man_n for_o not_o be_v god_n or_o for_o not_o create_v as_o for_o not_o believe_v for_o in_o adam_n in_o who_o you_o after-say_a all_o his_o posterity_n stand_v man_n in_o which_o a_o power_n of_o believe_v according_a to_o your_o own_o definition_n may_v be_v say_v to_o be_v that_o whereby_o the_o soul_n be_v enable_v cordial_o to_o assent_v to_o or_o entire_o to_o close_v with_o what_o god_n shall_v reveal_v to_o be_v believe_v which_o cordial_a assent_v you_o expound_v to_o be_v a_o act_n which_o the_o whole_a heart_n close_v with_o even_o the_o understanding_n will_n and_o affection_n as_o in_o your_o sermon_n foremention_v preach_v at_o caple_n oâ—_n john_n 20.31_o which_o act_n of_o close_v whether_o it_o may_v be_v take_v in_o without_o a_o act_n of_o recumbency_n which_o you_o then_o understand_v to_o be_v immediate_o and_o as_o it_o be_v inseparable_o follow_v or_o else_o as_o essential_o comprehend_v a_o act_n of_o recumbency_n this_o need_v not_o be_v question_v here_o both_o agree_v in_o this_o that_o a_o power_n of_o believe_v be_v a_o power_n of_o entire_a close_n with_o thing_n reveal_v and_o whether_o only_o to_o be_v close_v with_o as_o true_a or_o with_o rely_v also_o this_o rather_o concern_v the_o manner_n of_o propound_v or_o reveal_v though_o to_o follow_v your_o definition_n will_v be_v great_a advantage_n to_o i_o which_o lay_v down_o may_v be_v very_o useful_a towards_o the_o matter_n in_o doubt_n as_o first_o for_o your_o first_o reason_n against_o adam_n have_v such_o a_o power_n because_o no_o necessity_n thereof_o etc._n etc._n suppose_v it_o grant_v that_o he_o have_v no_o need_n to_o believe_v yet_o this_o prove_v not_o his_o not_o have_v a_o power_n for_o the_o use_n or_o need_v of_o because_o he_o need_v not_o to_o believe_v to_o justification_n therefore_o he_o need_v not_o a_o power_n to_o believe_v this_o consequence_n may_v be_v deny_v thus_o if_o there_o may_v be_v need_n and_o use_v of_o believe_v this_o mystery_n in_o or_o among_o such_o as_o have_v no_o need_n nor_o use_v thereof_o unto_o justification_n then_o adam_n not_o have_v need_n or_o use_v of_o believe_v excellent_a may_v be_v needful_a and_o useful_a to_o the_o produce_v of_o other_o act_n needful_a though_o altogether_o useless_a for_o this_o and_o that_o it_o be_v needful_a so_o appear_v from_o the_o next_o particular_a therefore_o in_o the_o four_o place_n the_o thing_n to_o be_v prove_v be_v that_o he_o have_v both_o need_n and_o use_v of_o such_o a_o power_n for_o other_o end_n that_o what_o you_o say_v against_o god_n wisdom_n in_o give_v man_n such_o a_o power_n may_v thereby_o be_v overthrow_v and_o that_o he_o need_v such_o a_o power_n i_o prove_v from_o this_o your_o own_o argument_n allege_v to_o evince_v the_o contrary_a and_o that_o thus_o adam_n stand_v righteous_a by_o the_o law_n of_o work_n which_o be_v your_o argument_n that_o he_o may_v so_o do_v can_v not_o
