his_o life_n you_o may_v read_v how_o after_o sundry_a and_o diverse_a grievous_a complaint_n of_o his_o own_o weakness_n and_o of_o the_o strength_n of_o sin_n as_o a_o man_n that_o be_v weary_a of_o his_o life_n for_o no_o cause_n but_o this_o only_a that_o he_o can_v not_o leave_v sin_n he_o break_v out_o into_o these_o word_n of_o great_a passion_n 24._o vâ—â—se_n 24._o o_o wretched_a man_n that_o i_o be_o who_o shall_v deliver_v i_o from_o the_o body_n of_o this_o death_n desire_v paul_n can_v not_o â—eave_v sin_n as_o he_o desire_v in_o which_o speech_n he_o do_v bewray_v two_o thing_n first_o that_o he_o can_v not_o leave_v sin_v although_o it_o be_v his_o whole_a study_n and_o the_o only_a thing_n among_o many_o which_o he_o most_o earnest_o desire_v therefore_o he_o call_v there_o be_v no_o mirth_n in_o you_o but_o you_o be_v all_o heavy_a and_o sad_a if_o you_o be_v in_o company_n where_o you_o be_v provoke_v to_o be_v merry_a you_o laugh_v but_o for_o company_n for_o it_o be_v but_o from_o the_o tooth_n forward_o to_o be_v short_a so_o long_o as_o you_o be_v hold_v captive_a of_o any_o sin_n you_o be_v weary_a of_o your_o life_n therefore_o all_o your_o study_n be_v how_o you_o may_v break_v off_o the_o fetter_n of_o sin_n sin_n the_o godly_a study_n how_o to_o break_v off_o the_o fetter_n of_o sin_n and_o be_v deliver_v whereto_o you_o apply_v all_o your_o wit_n power_n cunning_a and_o skill_n and_o if_o through_o the_o great_a goodness_n of_o god_n you_o get_v any_o advantage_n to_o escape_v there_o be_v never_o any_o fowl_n more_o glad_a of_o a_o fair_a day_n or_o bird_n that_o have_v break_v out_o of_o the_o fowler_n net_n more_o ioyfuil_a than_o you_o be_v of_o so_o happy_a deliverance_n and_o when_o you_o be_v deliver_v you_o be_v ever_o sin_n to_o follow_v it_o daily_o and_o hour_o as_o the_o worker_n of_o imquitie_n 7.23_o mat._n 7.23_o who_o follow_v it_o as_o careful_o and_o continual_o as_o any_o man_n follow_v his_o occupation_n whereby_o he_o must_v live_v 1.2.3_o ps_n 1.2.3_o but_o the_o trade_n which_o you_o follow_v and_o the_o way_n wherein_o you_o walk_v with_o delight_n be_v the_o continual_a meditation_n of_o the_o law_n of_o god_n with_o a_o earnest_a desire_n to_o practice_v it_o in_o your_o who_o conversation_n 3.2_o coloss_n 3.2_o your_o mind_n and_o affection_n be_v not_o set_v upon_o the_o earth_n but_o upon_o heaven_n and_o upon_o those_o thing_n which_o may_v bring_v you_o to_o heaven_n lord_n it_o be_v better_a with_o you_o than_o you_o think_v for_o and_o therefore_o be_v thankful_a and_o cheer_v up_o your_o heart_n in_o the_o lord_n therefore_o in_o the_o true_a acknowledgement_n of_o god_n great_a mercy_n towards_o you_o you_o may_v with_o peace_n to_o your_o soul_n say_v with_o the_o apostle_n paul_n in_o the_o seven_o chapter_n to_o the_o roman_n and_o the_o five_o and_o twenty_o verse_n i_o thank_v god_n through_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n because_o in_o my_o mind_n i_o serve_v the_o law_n of_o god_n although_o in_o the_o flesh_n that_o be_v in_o that_o part_n which_o be_v unregenerate_a i_o serve_v the_o law_n of_o sin_n touch_v that_o other_o point_n namely_o that_o you_o fall_v often_o and_o again_o into_o that_o sin_n which_o you_o have_v vow_v never_o to_o commit_v again_o sin_n it_o be_v no_o wonder_n in_o this_o corruption_n to_o sin_n often_o in_o the_o same_o sin_n for_o as_o much_o as_o the_o same_o be_v against_o your_o will_n through_o great_a infirmity_n and_o not_o of_o any_o set_a purpose_n although_o i_o wish_v you_o in_o any_o wise_a to_o be_v as_o careful_a as_o may_v be_v therein_o and_o to_o use_v all_o good_a and_o holy_a mean_n of_o watch_v over_o your_o affection_n and_o avoid_v all_o those_o occasion_n sin_n all_o good_a mean_n must_v be_v use_v against_o every_o sin_n whereby_o you_o may_v be_v draw_v forward_o into_o aâ—e_v the_o least_o sin_n by_o pray_v fast_a and_o such_o like_a holy_a exercise_n whereby_o you_o may_v be_v better_o strengthen_v against_o all_o assault_n of_o sin_n yet_o will_v i_o not_o have_v you_o to_o discourage_v yourself_o too_o much_o with_o the_o consideration_n thereof_o reverence_n consider_v wisellâ—_n and_o apply_v with_o reverence_n for_o this_o you_o know_v that_o one_o which_o walk_v in_o a_o supperie_a way_n or_o upon_o ice_n may_v against_o his_o will_n yea_o though_o he_o look_v never_o so_o well_o to_o his_o foot_n not_o only_o take_v the_o first_o but_o the_o second_o and_o the_o three_o fall_n yea_o many_o fall_v notwithstanding_o that_o he_o think_v to_o set_v his_o foot_n marvellous_a sure_o abraham_n although_o he_o be_v the_o father_n of_o the_o faithful_a sin_n abraham_n fall_v more_o than_o once_o into_o one_o sin_n and_o for_o his_o godliness_n high_o commend_v in_o the_o scripture_n yet_o through_o great_a weakness_n lie_v first_o in_o egypt_n to_o pharaoh_n in_o deny_v sarah_n to_o be_v his_o wife_n sin_n these_o example_n be_v to_o comfort_v such_o as_o will_v leave_v sin_n and_o not_o to_o encourage_v any_o to_o live_v in_o sin_n genesis_n the_o twelve_o chapter_n and_o thirteen_o verse_n again_o he_o
