indeed_o unless_o we_o enlarge_v st._n paul_n word_n to_o this_o meaning_n also_o we_o shall_v receive_v no_o extraordinary_a comfort_n and_o encouragement_n from_o they_o for_o though_o indeed_o it_o be_v true_a that_o it_o be_v more_o than_o we_o can_v deserve_v at_o god_n hand_n to_o obtain_v a_o promise_n from_o he_o to_o secure_v we_o that_o no_o temptation_n no_o outward_a affliction_n of_o this_o world_n shall_v be_v so_o violent_a and_o furious_a upon_o we_o as_o to_o exceed_v the_o strength_n of_o reason_n and_o grace_n to_o withstand_v they_o yet_o since_o sin_n be_v that_o only_a enemy_n which_o be_v able_a to_o withdraw_v god_n favour_n from_o we_o and_o make_v he_o our_o enemy_n unless_o we_o can_v be_v put_v in_o some_o hope_n that_o there_o be_v a_o possible_a course_n for_o we_o to_o prevail_v against_o sin_n also_o and_o all_o the_o dangerous_a temptation_n and_o suggestion_n thereof_o we_o shall_v live_v but_o a_o uncomfortable_a discontent_a life_n we_o shall_v be_v continual_o affright_v with_o sad_a melancholic_a thought_n with_o disquiet_v jealousy_n and_o fear_n that_o however_o we_o may_v now_o and_o then_o please_v ourselves_o with_o conceit_n of_o god_n favour_n for_o the_o present_a yet_o since_o he_o have_v pass_v no_o promise_n of_o secure_v we_o for_o the_o future_a it_o may_v happen_v that_o such_o a_o sinful_a temptation_n may_v come_v upon_o we_o which_o may_v be_v able_a do_v what_o we_o can_v to_o over-whelm_a we_o irrecoverable_o therefore_o since_o this_o latter_a sense_n which_o i_o mention_v of_o these_o word_n be_v more_o temptation_n above_o that_o we_o be_v able_a 11._o now_o he_o be_v say_v to_o be_v tempt_v above_o that_o he_o be_v able_a who_o do_v what_o he_o can_v though_o he_o strain_v his_o natural_a endowment_n to_o the_o uttermost_a and_o though_o he_o endeavour_v hearty_o to_o make_v use_n of_o all_o the_o outward_a help_n and_o assistance_n which_o he_o find_v prescribe_v unto_o he_o out_o of_o god_n word_n though_o he_o extend_v that_o measure_n of_o grace_n wherewith_o he_o be_v furnish_v to_o the_o extreme_a activity_n thereof_o to_o resist_v such_o a_o temptation_n yet_o in_o the_o requisite_a weapon_n both_o for_o his_o own_o defence_n and_o encounter_v his_o adversary_n and_o beside_o have_v in_o he_o both_o ability_n of_o body_n and_o courage_n enough_o and_o yet_o out_o of_o a_o sleepy_a negligence_n or_o obstinate_a sullenness_n will_v not_o take_v the_o pain_n to_o lift_v up_o his_o arm_n or_o otherways_o bestir_v himself_o to_o oppose_v his_o enemy_n such_o a_o man_n
