evermore_o dwell_v in_o he_o and_o he_o in_o we_o john_n 6._o 56._o and_o these_o two_o place_n so_o plain_o allude_v to_o our_o saviour_n discourse_n in_o the_o six_o of_o s_o t_o john_n it_o be_v very_o easy_a and_o natural_a to_o conceive_v that_o what_o occur_v in_o the_o thanksgiving_n after_o our_o receive_v the_o sacrament_n do_v sound_a to_o the_o same_o purpose_n almighty_a and_o the_o most_o precious_a body_n and_o blood_n of_o thy_o son_n and_o our_o saviour_n jesus_n christ_n the_o word_n even_o of_o themselves_o do_v very_o natural_o point_v at_o a_o real_a though_o spiritual_a partake_n or_o receive_v into_o we_o the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o christ_n namely_o of_o that_o flesh_n and_o blood_n which_o our_o saviour_n discourse_n of_o john_n 6._o and_o plain_o relate_v to_o the_o body_n or_o flesh_n and_o blood_n christ_n discourse_n of_o in_o the_o six_o of_o s_o t_o john_n gospel_n i_o will_v only_o add_v one_o consideration_n more_o and_o that_o be_v from_o the_o title_n of_o our_o communion-service_n can_v there_o be_v any_o more_o likely_a reason_n why_o the_o lord_n supper_n be_v call_v the_o holy_a communion_n than_o that_o it_o refer_v to_o that_o of_o s_o t_o paul_n 1_o cor._n 10._o 16._o the_o cup_n of_o blessing_n which_o we_o bless_v be_v it_o not_o the_o communion_n of_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n the_o bread_n which_o we_o of_o he_o signify_v by_o the_o eat_n and_o drink_v the_o bread_n and_o wine_n we_o though_o many_o become_v one_o body_n not_o in_o a_o political_a sense_n only_o but_o if_o i_o may_v so_o speak_v divine_o natural_a we_o be_v make_v all_o member_n of_o that_o one_o universal_a divine_a body_n of_o christ_n as_o he_o be_v the_o eternal_a logos_fw-la and_o so_o become_v 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 2_o pet._n 1._o 4._o wherefore_o that_o passage_n in_o saint_n to_o paul_n epistle_n to_o the_o corinthian_n do_v marvelous-ful_o set_v out_o the_o nature_n of_o that_o part_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o natural_a interpretation_n of_o that_o passage_n in_o our_o church-catechism_n touch_v the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o lord_n supper_n where_o to_o the_o question_n what_o be_v the_o inward_a part_n or_o thing_n signify_v it_o be_v answer_v the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o christ_n which_o be_v very_o and_o indeed_o take_v and_o receive_v by_o the_o faithful_a in_o the_o lord_n supper_n in_o the_o answer_n to_o a_o former_a question_n why_o be_v the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o lord_n supper_n ordain_v it_o be_v answer_v for_o a_o continual_a remembrance_n of_o the_o sacrifice_n of_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n and_o the_o benefit_n receive_v thereby_o one_o eminent_a benefit_n whereof_o be_v the_o remission_n of_o our_o sin_n through_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n shed_v on_o the_o cross_n for_o without_o blood_n there_o be_v no_o remission_n the_o other_o be_v the_o feed_n of_o the_o regenerate_v soul_n or_o inward_a man_n by_o the_o real_a but_o spiritual_a or_o divine_a
