himself_o whole_o to_o christ_n and_o depend_v only_o upon_o he_o and_o presevere_v to_o the_o last_o in_o pious_a prayer_n and_o ejaculation_n as_o also_o those_o that_o be_v present_a with_o he_o aught_o to_o do_v especial_o when_o they_o find_v his_o sense_n begin_v to_o fail_v he_o for_o the_o prayer_n of_o the_o righteous_a avail_n much_o and_o our_o lord_n have_v promise_v that_o where_o two_o or_o three_o be_v gather_v together_o in_o his_o name_n there_o will_v he_o be_v in_o the_o midst_n of_o they_o and_o that_o whatsoever_o we_o ask_v of_o the_o father_n in_o his_o name_n he_o will_v give_v it_o we_o now_o wherever_o christ_n gracious_a presence_n be_v the_o devil_n of_o necessity_n must_v flee_v before_o he_o neither_o can_v the_o devil_n tempt_v any_o man_n beyond_o what_o god_n permit_v he_o and_o therefore_o every_o one_o ought_v not_o to_o be_v admit_v to_o the_o sick_a person_n when_o he_o be_v at_o the_o point_n of_o death_n but_o only_o such_o who_o be_v religious_a who_o by_o devout_a prayer_n can_v commend_v the_o depart_a soul_n to_o god_n but_o such_o be_v not_o to_o be_v suffer_v to_o come_v to_o he_o who_o may_v in_o the_o least_o excite_v in_o he_o a_o hatred_n against_o any_o man_n or_o a_o love_n towards_o any_o worldly_a thing_n or_o if_o they_o be_v permit_v to_o come_v to_o he_o care_n must_v be_v take_v that_o they_o behave_v themselves_o so_o as_o not_o to_o raise_v in_o his_o mind_n any_o evil_a affection_n which_o he_o have_v before_o lay_v aside_o and_o forsake_v for_o a_o soul_n that_o will_v depart_v happy_o out_o of_o this_o life_n ought_v to_o be_v inflame_v with_o the_o love_n of_o god_n alone_o and_o not_o to_o be_v move_v either_o by_o the_o love_n or_o hatred_n of_o any_o creature_n whatever_o and_o more_o especial_o let_v care_n be_v take_v that_o the_o die_a man_n may_v be_v visit_v and_o assist_v by_o some_o minister_n of_o god_n word_n of_o good_a learning_n and_o judgement_n that_o he_o may_v know_v how_o to_o speak_v a_o word_n in_o season_n to_o the_o weary_a soul_n that_o he_o may_v so_o govern_v and_o temper_v his_o discourse_n as_o neither_o to_o deceive_v the_o depart_a soul_n by_o too_o much_o condescension_n and_o flattery_n nor_o to_o drive_v he_o to_o despair_v by_o a_o unseasonable_a sharpness_n and_o severity_n but_o may_v be_v able_a to_o instruct_v and_o fortify_v he_o against_o all_o the_o temptation_n of_o satan_n with_o divine_a counsel_n and_o consolation_n the_o prayer_n o_o lord_n god_n and_o my_o most_o merciful_a father_n who_o have_v now_o send_v unto_o i_o the_o messenger_n of_o death_n and_o have_v chastise_v i_o with_o sickness_n i_o confess_v myself_o to_o be_v a_o grievous_a sinner_n and_o that_o i_o have_v oftentimes_o offend_v thou_o even_o from_o my_o very_a infancy_n and_o therefore_o i_o acknowledge_v that_o this_o punishment_n be_v just_o inflict_v on_o i_o and_o that_o i_o desire_v death_n itself_o but_o i_o beseech_v thou_o of_o thy_o infinite_a mercy_n blot_v
