justification_n he_o also_o give_v his_o spirit_n to_o work_v in_o we_o a_o principle_n of_o holiness_n and_o new_a obedience_n that_o we_o may_v be_v both_o in_o respect_v of_o justification_n and_o sanctification_n alive_a from_o the_o dead_a application_n use_v 1_o here_o we_o may_v see_v the_o miserable_a estate_n that_o every_o man_n and_o woman_n be_v in_o that_o have_v not_o hear_v the_o voice_n of_o christ._n brethren_n and_o belove_a do_v you_o believe_v this_o that_o dead_a sinner_n be_v make_v alive_a by_o hear_v the_o voice_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n then_o those_o that_o never_o yet_o hear_v the_o voice_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n they_o be_v yet_o dead_a in_o trespass_n and_o sin_n if_o you_o never_o yet_o hear_v the_o voice_n of_o christ_n than_o you_o be_v dead_a man_n all_o your_o sin_n be_v upon_o you_o you_o be_v under_o the_o sentence_n of_o death_n by_o the_o law_n and_o if_o you_o never_o come_v to_o hear_v the_o voice_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n this_o sentence_n of_o death_n will_v be_v upon_o you_o for_o ever_o and_o if_o you_o never_o yet_o hear_v the_o voice_n of_o christ_n to_o put_v spiritual_a life_n into_o you_o than_o you_o be_v dead_a also_o as_o to_o any_o life_n of_o grace_n and_o holiness_n those_o work_n that_o you_o be_v ready_a to_o be_v proud_a of_o and_o glory_n in_o they_o be_v all_o but_o dead_a work_n and_o you_o do_v not_o true_o serve_v the_o live_a god_n but_o you_o will_v say_v we_o hope_v we_o have_v hear_v the_o voice_n of_o christ_n we_o have_v hear_v many_o able_a minister_n many_o good_a sermon_n we_o have_v have_v the_o word_n open_v to_o we_o answer_v this_o be_v a_o privilege_n indeed_o to_o have_v the_o word_n preach_v to_o you_o but_o it_o be_v not_o the_o voice_n of_o a_o man_n no_o nor_o of_o the_o angel_n of_o heaven_n if_o they_o shall_v speak_v to_o you_o that_o can_v put_v spiritual_a life_n into_o you_o except_o withal_o you_o hear_v the_o voice_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n therefore_o if_o you_o never_o yet_o hear_v the_o voice_n of_o christ_n to_o make_v the_o preach_a of_o the_o gospel_n effectual_a to_o your_o soul_n i_o say_v unto_o every_o such_o person_n as_o god_n say_v to_o abimilech_n gen._n 20.3_o thou_o be_v but_o a_o dead_a man_n thou_o be_v a_o sinner_n and_o the_o wage_n of_o sin_n be_v death_n thou_o be_v a_o condemn_a man_n and_o thou_o have_v no_o life_n of_o holiness_n neither_o therefore_o consider_v your_o case_n and_o condition_n examine_v yourselves_o whether_o the_o word_n preach_v have_v have_v that_o power_n upon_o your_o heart_n to_o draw_v you_o to_o christ_n and_o to_o turn_v you_o from_o your_o iniquity_n objection_n if_o that_o we_o hear_v the_o word_n preach_v by_o man_n yet_o you_o say_v that_o except_o we_o hear_v the_o voice_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n we_o can_v live_v then_o to_o what_o purpose_n shall_v we_o attend_v upon_o the_o preach_a of_o the_o gospel_n answer_v it_o be_v your_o duty_n to_o hear_v what_o god_n the_o lord_n speak_v by_o his_o servant_n and_o minister_n and_o though_o the_o word_n preach_v can_v convert_v you_o without_o the_o voice_n and_o power_n of_o christ_n yet_o it_o may_v please_v the_o lord_n at_o one_o time_n or_o other_o to_o make_v the_o preach_a of_o the_o word_n effectual_a upon_o your_o heart_n as_o he_o have_v do_v to_o other_o use_v 2._o see_v the_o exceed_a greatness_n of_o christ_n power_n he_o be_v able_a to_o make_v dead_a soul_n to_o live_v he_o be_v able_a to_o quicken_v those_o who_o be_v dead_a in_o trespass_n and_o sin_n a_o work_n which_o neither_o man_n nor_o angel_n can_v do_v yea_o know_v and_o take_v notice_n that_o it_o be_v no_o labour_n no_o difficulty_n to_o christ_n to_o make_v dead_a soul_n live_v he_o can_v do_v it_o easy_o and_o sudden_o he_o can_v do_v it_o with_o a_o word_n he_o can_v do_v it_o as_o easy_o as_o you_o or_o i_o can_v speak_v a_o word_n the_o text_n say_v that_o the_o dead_a shall_v hear_v the_o voice_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n and_o they_o that_o hear_v shall_v live_v use_v 3_o of_o direction_n to_o those_o that_o have_v hear_v the_o voice_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n and_o be_v now_o quicken_v and_o be_v make_v alive_a 1._o bless_v and_o praise_v the_o lord_n stand_v and_o wonder_n at_o what_o the_o lord_n have_v do_v for_o you_o if_o any_o of_o you_o have_v be_v dead_a and_o in_o the_o grave_a and_o christ_n have_v say_v to_o you_o as_o he_o do_v to_o lazarus_n come_v forth_o and_o so_o you_o have_v be_v raise_v but_o from_o a_o bodily_a death_n to_o live_v again_o this_o have_v be_v a_o great_a wonder_n but_o this_o be_v a_o far_o great_a wonder_n o_o therefore_o bless_v the_o lord_n say_v this_o my_o soul_n be_v dead_a and_o be_v alive_a i_o be_v under_o the_o sentence_n of_o death_n for_o the_o breach_n of_o the_o law_n and_o now_o i_o be_o pardon_v i_o be_v without_o any_o life_n of_o holiness_n and_o now_o the_o lord_n have_v give_v i_o a_o new_a heart_n a_o new_a spirit_n thus_o when_o i_o lie_v in_o my_o blood_n the_o lord_n say_v unto_o i_o live_v 2._o love_v the_o lord_n jesus_n who_o have_v deliver_v your_o soul_n from_o death_n love_v he_o because_o he_o first_o love_v you_o and_o say_v to_o you_o when_o you_o lay_v in_o your_o blood_n live_v love_v he_o and_o love_v the_o word_n of_o his_o grace_n by_o which_o he_o quicken_v you_o never_o forget_v his_o word_n the_o word_n of_o his_o grace_n by_o which_o he_o have_v quicken_v your_o soul_n love_v his_o word_n and_o ordinance_n wherein_o he_o have_v put_v forth_o the_o power_n of_o his_o grace_n to_o you●_n soul_n 3._o trust_v in_o the_o lord_n to_o perform_v all_o thing_n for_o you_o if_o you_o have_v hear_v the_o voice_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n and_o live_v than_o you_o have_v have_v experience_n of_o the_o power_n of_o christ_n indeed_o
