but_o so_o to_o drink_v three_o the_o rule_n of_o direction_n how_o to_o come_v in_o a_o right_a manner_n to_o partake_v of_o it_o that_o be_v by_o examine_v of_o ourselves_o let_v a_o man_n examine_v himself_o and_o so_o let_v he_o eat_v of_o that_o bread_n and_o drink_v of_o that_o cup._n four_o and_o last_o the_o benefit_n follow_v that_o direction_n and_o that_o be_v in_o this_o word_n but_o let_v a_o man_n examine_v himself_o he_o have_v say_v before_o he_o that_o eat_v and_o drink_v unworthy_o be_v make_v guilty_a of_o the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o he_o discern_v not_o the_o lord_n body_n verse_n 27._o but_o say_v he_o as_o if_o he_o shall_v say_v if_o a_o man_n will_v prevent_v this_o if_o a_o man_n will_v take_v order_n that_o he_o be_v not_o guilty_a of_o the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o christ_n that_o he_o do_v not_o come_v undiscern_o to_o these_o heavenly_a mystery_n but_o with_o comfort_n and_o title_n to_o the_o promise_n with_o hope_n and_o shall_v receive_v the_o lord_n supper_n i_o need_v not_o stand_v on_o this_o you_o know_v it_o sufficient_o prove_v by_o the_o sacrament_n of_o the_o law_n which_o be_v the_o forerunner_n of_o this_o sacrament_n that_o soul_n that_o do_v not_o partake_v of_o that_o be_v to_o die_v the_o death_n he_o be_v to_o be_v cut_v off_o from_o god_n people_n num._n 9_o 13._o if_o the_o lord_n be_v so_o careful_a of_o those_o sacrament_n that_o be_v inferior_a to_o these_o and_o yet_o they_o be_v of_o the_o same_o substance_n as_o these_o that_o the_o man_n that_o neglect_v to_o come_v to_o they_o to_o partake_v of_o they_o be_v to_o be_v cut_v off_o to_o be_v excommunicate_v from_o the_o people_n of_o god_n and_o to_o be_v rend_v off_o from_o the_o congregation_n of_o the_o saint_n then_o how_o much_o more_o for_o these_o heavenly_a and_o weighty_a and_o glorious_a ordinance_n of_o the_o gospel_n which_o be_v far_o more_o glorious_a than_o they_o of_o the_o law_n but_o i_o will_v not_o stand_v upon_o that_o i_o may_v here_o take_v notice_n too_o of_o the_o frequency_n of_o the_o duty_n for_o so_o it_o have_v often_o dependence_n on_o those_o word_n former_o as_o oft_o as_o you_o god_n that_o we_o oft_o receive_v the_o lord_n supper_n in_o the_o primitive_a time_n st._n basil_n observe_v that_o they_o eat_v it_o three_o or_o four_o time_n in_o a_o week_n on_o wednesday_n fryday_n and_o on_o the_o lord_n day_n but_o that_o be_v a_o time_n of_o persecution_n i_o will_v not_o stand_v upon_o that_o i_o think_v it_o not_o neeedfull_a but_o it_o shall_v be_v often_o we_o shall_v not_o thirst_n it_o only_o upon_o easter_n and_o whitsuntide_n and_o christ-tide_n three_o or_o four_o time_n in_o the_o year_n again_o i_o may_v observe_v here_o from_o this_o mystery_n
