thy_o son_n and_o to_o sanctify_v we_o with_o thy_o holy_a spirit_n grant_v i_o strength_n and_o patience_n i_o humble_o entreat_v thou_o to_o endure_v and_o overcome_v those_o pain_n which_o for_o my_o sin_n be_v worthy_o impose_v on_o i_o assuage_v they_o o_o lord_n i_o pray_v thou_o and_o vouchsafe_v i_o a_o safe_a deliverance_n with_o safety_n to_o this_o child_n within_o i_o if_o it_o may_v please_v thy_o majesty_n so_o will_v i_o dedicate_v myself_o and_o that_o which_o thou_o shall_v give_v i_o to_o the_o glory_n of_o thy_o holy_a name_n o_o lord_n hear_v o_o lord_n help_n be_v thou_o my_o god_n and_o my_o guide_n my_o salvation_n and_o my_o succour_n not_o for_o my_o merit_n but_o for_o the_o honour_n of_o thy_o mercy_n and_o the_o all_o sufficient_a merit_n of_o jesus_n christ_n to_o who_o with_o thou_o and_o thy_o holy_a spirit_n three_o person_n but_o one_o everliving_a and_o everloving_a god_n be_v all_o honour_n and_o glory_n for_o ever_o and_o for_o ever_o amen_n a_o
