fortune_n if_o he_o be_v ill-affected_a weak_a and_o in_o the_o house_n of_o the_o malevolent_n but_o if_o he_o be_v free_a the_o evil_n will_v be_v the_o less_o especial_o if_o he_o be_v in_o his_o own_o house_n or_o exaltation_n or_o triplicity_n essential_o well_o dignify_v impedit_v what_o king_n and_o ruler_n may_v expect_v when_o their_o significator_n or_o lord_n of_o the_o ten_o house_n of_o heaven_n in_o any_o revolution_n be_v impedit_v now_o as_o touch_v the_o signification_n of_o the_o impedition_n of_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o ten_o in_o any_o annual_a revolution_n and_o then_o let_v we_o proceed_v to_o the_o rule_n of_o the_o ancient_n in_o judge_v the_o true_a state_n and_o condition_n of_o the_o common-people_n in_o any_o region_n by_o any_o revolution_n of_o the_o year_n fortunate_a essential_o dignify_v and_o in_o reception_n with_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o ascendent_n and_o behold_v amical_o by_o he_o the_o year_n shall_v general_o be_v happy_a and_o successful_a
