pay_v so_o many_o horse_n as_o these_o great_a name_n of_o dovazdeh_n or_o hecht_n hazary_n do_v impart_v that_o be_v 12000_o or_o 8000_o horse_n these_o be_v specious_a name_n to_o amuse_v and_o attract_v stranger_n the_o king_n determine_v the_o number_n of_o horse_n in_o actual_a service_n which_o they_o be_v bind_v to_o entertain_v pay_v they_o according_a to_o this_o number_n and_o beside_o that_o he_o pay_v they_o a_o certain_a number_n which_o they_o be_v not_o bind_v to_o entertain_v

in_o the_o province_n remote_a from_o the_o capital_a town_n which_o yet_o ought_v to_o be_v as_o doubtless_o it_o be_v one_o of_o the_o chief_a employment_n and_o consideraration_n of_o a_o king_n beside_o this_o tyranny_n often_o grow_v to_o that_o excess_n that_o it_o take_v away_o what_o be_v necessary_a to_o the_o life_n of_o a_o peasant_n or_o tradesman_n who_o be_v starve_v for_o hunger_n and_o misery_n who_o get_v no_o child_n or_o if_o he_o do_v see_v they_o die_v young_a for_o want_v of_o food_n or_o that_o abandon_v his_o land_n and_o turn_v some_o cavalier_n man_n or_o fly_v
