dignity_n which_o shall_v be_v hereditary_a wherein_o divers_a circumstance_n be_v more_o considerable_a than_o such_o a_o mark_n as_o be_v but_o temporary_a that_o be_v to_o say_v of_o be_v now_o a_o knight_n in_o time_n before_o another_o our_o pleasure_n be_v you_o shall_v not_o be_v so_o precise_a in_o place_v those_o that_o shall_v receive_v this_o dignity_n but_o that_o a_o esquire_n of_o great_a antiquity_n and_o extraordinary_a live_n may_v be_v rank_v in_o this_o choice_n before_o some_o knight_n and_o so_o of_o knight_n a_o man_n of_o great_a living_n more_o remarkable_a for_o his_o house_n year_n or_o call_v in_o the_o commonwealth_n may_v be_v now_o prefer_v in_o this_o degree_n before_o one_o that_o be_v make_v a_o knight_n before_o he_o next_o because_o there_o be_v nothing_o of_o honour_n or_o of_o value_n which_o be_v know_v to_o be_v seek_v or_o desire_a be_v the_o motive_n never_o so_o good_a but_o may_v receive_v scandal_n from_o some_o who_o want_v the_o same_o good_a affection_n to_o the_o public_a or_o be_v in_o other_o consideration_n incapable_a can_v be_v content_v out_o of_o envy_n to_o those_o that_o be_v so_o prefer_v to_o cast_v aspersion_n and_o imputation_n upon_o they_o as_o if_o they_o come_v by_o this_o dignity_n for_o any_o other_o consideration_n but_o that_o which_o concern_v this_o so_o public_a and_o memorable_a a_o work_n you_o shall_v take_v order_n that_o the_o party_n who_o shall_v receive_v this_o dignity_n may_v take_v his_o oath_n that_o neither_o he_o nor_o any_o for_o he_o have_v direct_o or_o indirect_o give_v any_o more_o for_o attain_v the_o degree_n or_o any_o precedence_n in_o it_o then_o that_o which_o be_v necessary_a for_o the_o maintenance_n of_o the_o number_n of_o soldier_n in_o such_o sort_n as_o aforesaid_a save_v the_o charge_n of_o pass_v his_o patent_n and_o because_o we_o be_v not_o ignorant_a that_o in_o the_o distribution_n of_o all_o honour_n most_o man_n will_v be_v desirous_a to_o and_o advice_n that_o you_o our_o commissioner_n shall_v give_v we_o of_o who_o integrity_n and_o circumspection_n we_o have_v so_o good_a experience_n and_o be_v so_o well_o persuade_v as_o we_o
