shall_v not_o extend_v to_o prohibit_v any_o person_n from_o sell_v act_n of_o parliament_n form_n of_o prayer_n proclamation_n gazette_n license_v almanac_n or_o other_o license_v paper_n or_o fish_n fruit_n or_o victual_n or_o hinder_v the_o maker_n of_o any_o good_n or_o ware_n in_o england_n wales_n or_o town_n of_o berwick_n their_o child_n servant_n or_o agent_n from_o carry_v abroad_o and_o sell_v the_o same_o in_o any_o public_a fair_a or_o market_n or_o elsewhere_o nor_o any_o tinker_n cooper_n glazier_n plummer_n harness-mender_n or_o other_o person_n trading_n in_o mend_v household_a good_n from_o go_v about_o and_o carry_v with_o they_o proper_a material_n for_o mend_v the_o same_o ccxix_o there_o shall_v be_v keep_v in_o the_o office_n of_o the_o auditor_n of_o the_o receipt_n in_o the_o exchequer_n one_o book_n in_o which_o all_o money_n pay_v in_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v enter_v apart_o ccxx_o if_o any_o officer_n of_o the_o exchequer_n shall_v divert_v or_o misapply_v any_o money_n give_v by_o this_o act_n he_o shall_v forfeit_v his_o office_n be_v incapable_a of_o any_o place_n of_o trust_n and_o pay_v the_o treble_a value_n of_o any_o sum_n so_o misapply_v to_o the_o party_n grieve_v his_o executor_n etc._n etc._n who_o will_v sue_v for_o the_o same_o by_o action_n of_o debt_n etc._n etc._n wherein_o not_o essoin_fw-fr etc._n etc._n and_o all_o order_n and_o warrant_n for_o payment_n of_o money_n contrary_a to_o the_o intent_n and_o meaning_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v void_a ccxxi_o nothing_o herein_o contain_v shall_v extend_v to_o hinder_v any_o person_n from_o sell_v any_o sort_n of_o good_n in_o any_o public_a market_n or_o fair_a in_o england_n wales_n or_o town_n of_o berwick_n but_o that_o they_o may_v do_v therein_o as_o they_o lawful_o may_v have_v do_v before_o the_o make_n of_o this_o act._n ccxxii_o on_o or_o before_o the_o first_o of_o august_n 1697._o the_o several_a owner_n of_o the_o ship_n mention_v in_o the_o foresay_a act_n 6_o &_o 7_o w._n 3._o cap_n 7._o or_o such_o person_n who_o have_v part_n and_o share_n in_o the_o same_o shall_v deliver_v in_o to_o the_o commissioner_n for_o transportation_n a_o account_n of_o what_o share_n part_n or_o interest_n in_o each_o ship_n he_o or_o they_o under_o who_o they_o claim_v be_v possess_v of_o and_o if_o the_o same_o be_v not_o in_o the_o first_o proprietor_n than_o the_o person_n claim_v to_o give_v a_o account_n how_o and_o by_o what_o mean_v he_o come_v to_o the_o same_o and_o so_o from_o time_n to_o time_n upon_o the_o death_n or_o assignment_n of_o any_o person_n entitle_v unto_o any_o part_n or_o interest_n of_o the_o money_n intend_v to_o be_v raise_v by_o this_o or_o the_o foresay_a act_n a_o account_n shall_v be_v give_v thereof_o to_o the_o say_a commissioner_n ccxxiii_o a_o register_n of_o every_o person_n claim_v and_o interest_n shall_v be_v make_v and_o keep_v in_o a_o book_n to_o be_v provide_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n and_o for_o register_n each_o person_n title_n a_o fee_n of_o 1_o s._n shall_v be_v pay_v to_o the_o clerk_n and_o no_o more_o and_o no_o person_n shall_v receive_v any_o money_n to_o be_v raise_v by_o this_o or_o the_o foresay_a act_n till_o he_o have_v deliver_v in_o to_o the_o say_a commissioner_n a_o account_n of_o his_o share_n and_o interest_n which_o register_n shall_v at_o all_o time_n be_v view_v without_o fee_n ccxxiu_o in_o case_n it_o happen_v that_o the_o duty_n grant_v upon_o coffee_n tea_n chocolate_a and_o spice_n by_o the_o foresay_a act_n with_o the_o duty_n to_o be_v raise_v by_o this_o act_n shall_v amount_v to_o more_o
