performance_n which_o in_o truth_n be_v corrupt_a and_o sinful_a and_o therefore_o can_v please_v god_n object_n but_o these_o will_v say_v we_o do_v all_o that_o we_o do_v to_o the_o honour_n and_o service_n of_o god_n answ_n the_o great_a idolater_n have_v ever_o say_v so_o and_o no_o question_n have_v intention_n thereto_o we_o can_v think_v but_o that_o the_o israelite_n that_o make_v and_o worship_v the_o golden_a calf_n do_v say_v they_o do_v it_o to_o god_n honour_n and_o service_n and_o intend_v it_o so_o and_o they_o that_o do_v bow_v the_o knee_n to_o baal_n do_v it_o and_o they_o do_v be_v idolatry_n while_o they_o give_v that_o honour_n to_o their_o own_o prayer_n and_o performance_n which_o be_v only_a christ_n it_o seem_v that_o the_o apostle_n paul_n do_v find_v many_o of_o the_o israelite_n in_o the_o like_o zealous_a condition_n touch_v the_o commandment_n of_o god_n as_o these_o profess_v themselves_o to_o be_v unto_o who_o he_o write_v in_o these_o word_n 〈◊〉_d bear_v you_o record_v you_o have_v a_o zeal_n of_o god_n but_o not_o according_a 4._o rom._n 10._o 2_o 3._o 4._o to_o knowledge_n for_o you_o bring_v ignorant_a of_o the_o righteousness_n of_o
