full_o prove_v let_v the_o pastor_n admonish_v he_o and_o set_v before_o he_o the_o particular_a command_n of_o god_n which_o he_o transgress_v the_o supreme_a authority_n of_o god_n which_o he_o despise_v the_o promise_n and_o mercy_n which_o he_o tread_v under_o foot_n and_o the_o curse_n and_o dreadful_a condemnation_n which_o he_o draw_v upon_o himself_o let_v this_o be_v do_v with_o great_a compassion_n and_o tender_a love_n to_o the_o offender_n soul_n and_o with_o gravity_n reverend_a and_o serious_a importunity_n as_o beseem_v man_n employ_v on_o the_o behalf_n of_o god_n for_o the_o save_n of_o a_o soul_n and_o yet_o with_o judgement_n and_o cautelous_a prudence_n not_o take_v that_o for_o sin_n which_o be_v no_o sin_n nor_o that_o for_o a_o gross_a and_o scandalous_a sin_n which_o be_v but_o a_o ordinary_a humane_a frailty_n not_o deal_v as_o unreverent_o with_o a_o superior_a as_o with_o a_o inferior_a nor_o make_v that_o public_a which_o shall_v be_v conceal_v nor_o reprove_v before_o other_o when_o it_o shall_v be_v do_v more_o secret_o nor_o speak_v unreasonable_o to_o those_o who_o through_o drink_n or_o passion_n be_v incapable_a of_o the_o benefit_n nor_o yet_o offend_v by_o bashfulness_n or_o the_o fear_n of_o man_n or_o lukewarmness_n negligence_n or_o slight_v over_o great_a offence_n on_o the_o other_o extreme_a prudence_n also_o require_v they_o to_o be_v cautelous_a of_o overmedling_a where_o the_o magistrate_n honour_n or_o concernment_n or_o the_o church_n unity_n or_o peace_n or_o the_o reputation_n of_o other_o or_o the_o interest_n of_o their_o ministry_n require_v they_o to_o forbear_v these_o caution_n observe_v if_o the_o scandalous_a offender_n continue_v impenitent_a or_o unreformed_a after_o due_a admonition_n and_o patience_n let_v the_o pastor_n in_o the_o congregation_n when_o he_o be_v present_a rebuke_n he_o before_o all_o that_o the_o church_n may_v sufficient_o disow_v the_o crime_n and_o other_o may_v see_v the_o odiousness_n &_o danger_n of_o the_o sin_n but_o let_v this_o also_o be_v with_o the_o love_n and_o seriousness_n and_o prudence_n before_o mention_v if_o the_o offender_n in_o obstinacy_n will_v not_o be_v there_o the_o pastor_n may_v open_v the_o crime_n before_o the_o congregation_n and_o present_a or_o absent_a in_o case_n he_o remain_v impenitent_a if_o the_o case_n will_v bear_v so_o long_o delay_v it_o be_v convenient_a that_o the_o pastor_n public_o pray_v for_o his_o conviction_n and_o repentance_n that_o he_o may_v be_v save_v and_o this_o he_o may_v do_v one_o or_o two_o or_o three_o or_o more_o day_n as_o the_o nature_n of_o the_o case_n and_o prudence_n shall_v direct_v he_o if_o during_o these_o mean_n for_o his_o recovery_n after_o the_o proof_n
