of_o our_o father_n can_v do_v we_o must_v rather_o bestow_v wise_a and_o careful_a thought_n in_o fit_v ourselves_o to_o our_o journey_n and_o in_o behave_v ourselves_o through_o our_o way_n than_o to_o expect_v to_o avoid_v the_o tediousness_n and_o difficulty_n of_o it_o quest._n how_o may_v we_o fit_v ourselves_o for_o our_o journey_n home_o into_o our_o own_o country_n ans._n a_o traveller_n from_o heaven_n to_o earth_n make_v heavy_a and_o sad_a the_o soul_n and_o unwieldy_a in_o her_o motion_n the_o way_n for_o we_o to_o lighten_v ourselves_o of_o these_o encumbrance_n be_v daily_o and_o continual_o to_o elevate_v &_o raise_v our_o thought_n homeward_o and_o heavenward_o and_o exercise_v ourselves_o in_o holy_a meditation_n prayer_n and_o praise_n sundry_a time_n through_o the_o day_n for_o as_o he_o that_o will_v keep_v a_o clock_n in_o true_a motion_n must_v every_o day_n sundry_a time_n windeup_a the_o plummet_n which_o be_v still_o draw_v downward_o even_o so_o must_v we_o do_v with_o our_o heart_n the_o care_n and_o pleasure_n of_o the_o world_n be_v as_o plummet_n of_o lead_n press_v down_o the_o soul_n incessant_o in_o her_o motion_n towards_o heaven_n and_o he_o that_o will_v continue_v his_o motion_n must_v daily_o wind_v up_o his_o heart_n towards_o god_n and_o by_o main_a strength_n of_o grace_n fetch_v it_o up_o from_o earth_n that_o it_o may_v be_v firm_o settle_v on_o heavenly_a thing_n delight_v itself_o with_o the_o riches_n of_o heaven_n and_o with_o contemplation_n of_o those_o pleasure_n that_o be_v at_o the_o right_a hand_n of_o god_n for_o evermore_o the_o three_o encumbrance_n be_v the_o fear_n of_o death_n which_o press_v we_o all_o our_o life_n and_o the_o christian_a must_v lighten_v himself_o of_o this_o burden_n by_o look_v christian_a will_v furnish_v and_o provide_v himself_o with_o necessary_n and_o needful_a supply_n to_o help_v he_o through_o his_o journey_n there_o be_v five_o thing_n especial_o which_o a_o traveller_n must_v fit_v himself_o withal_o that_o his_o journey_n may_v be_v less_o tedious_a and_o more_o prosperous_a to_o himself_o 1._o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o direct_a way_n now_o whereas_o no_o man_n know_v the_o way_n to_o the_o heavenly_a country_n without_o god_n teach_v every_o one_o must_v go_v to_o god_n himself_o first_o and_o then_o to_o such_o as_o god_n have_v appoint_v to_o be_v the_o director_n and_o instructor_n in_o this_o way_n the_o former_a we_o see_v in_o holy_a david_n psalm_n 119._o 19_o i_o be_o a_o stranger_n upon_o earth_n therefore_o hide_v not_o thy_o
