say_v either_o of_o the_o jew_n or_o heathen_n his_o word_n be_v these_o it_o be_v a_o shame_n that_o when_o the_o jew_n suffer_v none_o of_o they_o to_o beg_v and_o the_o impious_a galileans_n relieve_v not_o only_o their_o own_o but_o those_o also_o of_o our_o religion_n that_o we_o only_o shall_v be_v defective_a in_o so_o necessary_a a_o duty_n by_o all_o which_o it_o be_v evident_a that_o love_n and_o charity_n be_v not_o only_o the_o great_a precept_n of_o our_o saviour_n but_o be_v in_o those_o first_o and_o best_a time_n the_o general_a practice_n of_o his_o disciple_n and_o of_o those_o in_o that_o communion_n from_o the_o pope_n down_o to_o the_o mean_a friar_n but_o by_o the_o very_a doctrine_n and_o principle_n by_o the_o genius_n and_o spirit_n of_o that_o religion_n which_o be_v whole_o calculate_v for_o cruelty_n and_o persecution_n where_o now_o be_v that_o mark_n of_o a_o disciple_n so_o much_o insist_v upon_o by_o our_o lord_n and_o master_n to_o be_v find_v in_o that_o church_n and_o yet_o what_o be_v the_o christian_a church_n but_o the_o society_n and_o community_n of_o christ_n disciple_n sure_o in_o all_o reason_n that_o which_o our_o lord_n make_v the_o distinctive_a mark_n and_o character_n of_o his_o disciple_n shall_v be_v the_o principal_a mark_n of_o a_o true_a church_n bellarmine_n reckon_v up_o no_o less_o than_o fifteen_o mark_n of_o the_o rrue_a church_n all_o which_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n arrogate_v to_o herself_o alone_o but_o he_o wise_o forget_v that_o which_o be_v worth_a all_o the_o rest_n and_o which_o our_o saviour_n enjoyment_n of_o the_o next_o life_n to_o be_v of_o the_o same_o kind_n with_o the_o sensual_a pleasure_n of_o this_o world_n only_o great_a and_o more_o durable_a from_o which_o tradition_n of_o the_o jew_n concern_v a_o sensual_a paradise_n mahomet_n seem_v to_o have_v take_v the_o pattern_n of_o he_o as_o he_o do_v likewise_o many_o other_o thing_n from_o the_o jewish_a tradition_n now_o upon_o this_o supposition_n that_o in_o the_o next_o life_n there_o will_v be_v marry_v and_o give_v in_o marriage_n it_o be_v a_o question_n not_o easy_o satisfy_v who_o wife_n of_o the_o seven_o this_o woman_n shall_v then_o be_v but_o our_o saviour_n clear_o avoid_v the_o whole_a force_n of_o it_o by_o show_v the_o different_a state_n of_o man_n in_o this_o world_n and_o in_o the_o other_o the_o child_n of_o this_o world_n say_v he_o marry_o and_o be_v give_v in_o marriage_n but_o they_o who_o shall_v he_o account_v worthy_a to_o obtain_v that_o world_n and_o the_o resurrection_n from_o the_o dead_a neither_o marry_o nor_o be_v give_v in_o marriage_n and_o he_o do_v not_o bare_o and_o magisterial_o assert_v this_o doctrine_n but_o give_v a_o plain_a and_o substantial_a reason_n for_o clear_a that_o saint_n paul_n know_v nothing_o of_o the_o doctrine_n now_o teach_v in_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n concern_v purgatory_n because_o that_o be_v utter_o inconsistent_a with_o what_o he_o never_o to_o be_v part_v any_o more_o be_v comfortable_a and_o joyful_a so_o that_o the_o great_a our_o love_n to_o they_o be_v the_o less_o shall_v be_v our_o grief_n for_o they_o when_o we_o consider_v that_o they_o be_v happy_a and_o that_o they_o be_v safe_a past_o all_o storm_n all_o the_o trouble_n and_o temptation_n of_o this_o life_n and_o out_o of_o the_o reach_n of_o all_o harm_n and_o danger_n for_o ever_o but_o though_o the_o reason_n of_o our_o duty_n in_o this_o case_n be_v very_o plain_a yet_o the_o practice_n of_o it_o be_v very_o difficult_a and_o when_o all_o be_v say_v natural_a affection_n will_v have_v its_o course_n and_o even_o after_o our_o judgement_n be_v satisfy_v it_o will_v require_v some_o time_n to_o still_o and_o quiet_a our_o passion_n 5._o this_o consideration_n shall_v wean_v we_o from_o the_o love_n of_o life_n and_o make_v we_o not_o only_o content_v but_o willing_a and_o glad_a to_o leave_v this_o world_n whenever_o it_o shall_v please_v god_n to_o call_v we_o out_o of_o it_o this_o inference_n the_o apostle_n make_v ver_fw-la 8._o we_o be_v confident_a i_o say_v and_o willing_a rather_o to_o he_o absent_a from_o the_o body_n and_o present_a with_o the_o lord_n though_o there_o be_v no_o state_n of_o immortality_n after_o this_o life_n yet_o methinks_v we_o shall_v not_o desire_v to_o live_v always_o in_o this_o world_n habet_fw-la natura_fw-la say_v tully_n ut_fw-la aliarum_fw-la rerum_fw-la sic_fw-la vivendi_fw-la modum_fw-la as_o nature_n have_v set_v bound_n and_o measure_n to_o other_o thing_n so_o likewise_o to_o life_n of_o which_o man_n shall_v know_v when_o
