we_o therefore_o he_o leave_v no_o place_n at_o all_o for_o the_o righteousness_n of_o work_n why_o he_o call_v it_o the_o righteousness_n of_o the_o law_n he_o show_v rom._n 10.5_o namely_o because_o be_v empty_a and_o void_a of_o our_o own_o proper_a virtue_n therefore_o paul_n do_v acknowledge_v that_o there_o be_v nothing_o more_o hurtful_a unto_o he_o than_o his_o own_o righteousness_n as_o become_v dissolute_a but_o to_o put_v off_o the_o false_a persuasion_n of_o his_o own_o righteousness_n and_o to_o abhor_v it_o we_o also_o do_v not_o dispute_v against_o the_o substance_n of_o work_n when_o we_o handle_v the_o righteousness_n of_o faith_n but_o against_o that_o quality_n which_o the_o sophister_n give_v they_o because_o they_o maintain_v that_o by_o they_o man_n be_v justify_v paul_n therefore_o spoil_v himself_o not_o of_o his_o work_n but_o of_o the_o perverse_a confidence_n in_o his_o work_n wherewith_o he_o be_v puff_v concern_v riches_n and_o honour_n when_o we_o
