over_o their_o way_n they_o be_v not_o so_o sanctify_v but_o they_o need_v daily_o to_o go_v to_o god_n 1._o they_o have_v original_a sin_n which_o remain_v with_o they_o to_o the_o last_o they_o have_v the_o sin_v sin_n which_o the_o apostle_n speak_v of_o paul_n complain_v of_o the_o body_n of_o death_n rom._n 7._o 23_o 24._o who_o shall_v deliver_v i_o from_o it_o the_o hebrew_n be_v wont_a grace_n and_o sanctification_n be_v as_o much_o secure_v by_o god_n promise_n as_o our_o perseverance_n in_o god_n favour_n and_o the_o gift_n of_o justification_n so_o we_o pray_v for_o the_o continuance_n of_o pardon_n because_o the_o evil_n of_o sin_n yet_o remain_v in_o part_n and_o partly_o because_o god_n for_o our_o exercise_n will_v make_v we_o feel_v the_o smart_n of_o old_a sin_n which_o be_v already_o pardon_v as_o a_o old_a bruise_v though_o it_o be_v heal_v yet_o ever_o and_o anon_o we_o may_v feel_v it_o upon_o change_n of_o wether_n accusation_n of_o conscience_n may_v return_v for_o sin_n already_o pardon_v as_o job_n 13._o 26._o thou_o make_v i_o possess_v the_o iniquity_n of_o my_o youth_n though_o a_o man_n be_v reconcile_v to_o god_n and_o in_o favour_n with_o hold_v up_o itself_o against_o encounter_n when_o we_o be_v confront_v so_o there_o may_v be_v many_o doubt_n when_o the_o preponderate_a part_n of_o the_o soul_n incline_v to_o comfort_n some_o have_v peace_n for_o the_o present_a rest_z from_o trouble_v of_o conscience_n other_o have_v joy_n which_o be_v a_o degree_n above_o peace_n and_o comfort_n 5._o we_o beg_v the_o effect_n of_o pardon_n or_o freedom_n from_o those_o penal_a evil_n which_o be_v continue_v upon_o god_n child_n and_o be_v the_o fruit_n of_o sin_n clearly_n this_o be_v intend_v for_o we_o beg_v of_o god_n to_o pardon_v we_o as_o we_o pardon_v other_o that_o be_v full_o entire_o to_o forgive_v forget_v we_o beg_v of_o god_n to_o forgive_v we_o our_o sin_n that_o be_v to_o mitigate_v those_o trouble_n evil_n and_o affliction_n which_o be_v the_o fruit_n of_o sin_n it_o be_v true_a when_o a_o man_n be_v justify_v the_o state_n of_o his_o person_n be_v alter_v yet_o sin_n be_v the_o same_o in_o itself_o it_o deserve_v all_o manner_n of_o evil_n therefore_o we_o beg_v not_o only_o a_o release_n from_o wrath_n to_o come_v but_o from_o those_o other_o temporal_a evil_n that_o dog_n we_o at_o the_o heel_n sin_n be_v the_o same_o still_o though_o the_o person_n be_v not_o the_o same_o it_o be_v still_o the_o violation_n of_o a_o holy_a law_n a_o affront_v do_v to_o a_o holy_a god_n a_o inconvenience_n upon_o the_o precious_a soul_n it_o bring_v a_o blot_n upon_o we_o a_o inclination_n to_o sin_n again_o nay_o it_o bring_v eternal_a death_n though_o it_o do_v not_o bring_v eternal_a death_n upon_o pardon_a person_n yet_o it_o may_v occasion_v temporal_a trouble_n god_n have_v still_o reserve_v this_o liberty_n in_o the_o covenant_n that_o he_o will_v visit_v their_o trangression_n with_o the_o rod_n and_o their_o iniquity_n
