cowardly_a soldier_n who_o in_o the_o time_n of_o peace_n and_o truce_n do_v boast_v of_o their_o valour_n and_o prowess_n but_o when_o they_o come_v to_o fight_v they_o cast_v away_o both_o their_o courage_n and_o armour_n therefore_o in_o the_o continual_a conflict_n of_o this_o present_a life_n it_o behoove_v we_o always_o to_o be_v arm_v for_o the_o war_n with_o spiritual_a complete_a armour_n that_o we_o may_v prevail_v and_o overcome_v in_o the_o time_n of_o need_n first_o therefore_o we_o must_v consider_v that_o the_o affliction_n of_o this_o world_n be_v not_o worthy_a of_o the_o future_a glory_n for_o the_o joy_n of_o that_o eternal_a light_n be_v so_o great_a that_o although_o we_o be_v to_o enjoy_v it_o but_o one_o small_a hour_n yet_o for_o it_o we_o ought_v willing_o to_o embrace_v all_o affliction_n and_o despise_v all_o the_o pomp_n of_o the_o world_n for_o as_o the_o apostle_n say_v 4._o the_o moment_n any_o lightness_n of_o our_o tribulation_n prepare_v a_o exceed_a and_o a_o eternal_a weight_n of_o glory_n unto_o us._n while_o we_o look_v not_o on_o the_o thing_n which_o be_v see_v but_o on_o the_o thing_n which_o be_v not_o see_v for_o the_o thing_n which_o be_v see_v be_v temporal_a but_o the_o thing_n which_o be_v not_o see_v be_v eternal_a consider_v also_o that_o too_o much_o prosperity_n oftentimes_o do_v puff_n up_o the_o mind_n with_o pride_n &_o contrary_o that_o adversity_n do_v purify_v the_o hart_n by_o wholesome_a sorrow_n so_o that_o that_o do_v swell_v the_o hart_n but_o this_o albeit_o it_o be_v swell_v and_o puff_v up_o do_v bring_v it_o down_o and_o humble_v it_o in_o that_o man_n for_o the_o most_o part_n forget_v himself_o in_o this_o he_o also_o remember_v god_n by_o that_o good_a work_n 〈◊〉_d lose_v
