THat God hath freely loved his Elect in Christ Iesus I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious and I will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy Exod. 33.19 I even I am he that blotteth out thy transgression for mine owne sake Esa 43.25 I have blotted out as a thick Cloud thy transgressions Esa 44.22 I will heale their back-slidings I will love them freely Hosea 14.4 II.
