righteousness_n not_o the_o law_n of_o sin_n which_o reign_v in_o our_o mortal_a member_n and_o that_o in_o all_o thing_n and_o in_o all_o estate_n as_o well_o prosperity_n as_o adversity_n there_o be_v two_o sort_n of_o professor_n sometime_o the_o true_a professor_n the_o upright_a man_n when_o he_o grow_v fat_a strike_v with_o the_o heel_n whereas_o before_o in_o adversity_n he_o subject_v himself_o to_o the_o lord_n like_o a_o horse_n which_o be_v keep_v low_o will_v easy_o be_v rule_v by_o his_o rider_n but_o be_v pamper_a and_o keep_v very_o lusty_a and_o fat_a lift_v up_o the_o heel_n against_o he_o and_o will_v not_o suffer_v the_o bit_n contrary_o other_o so_o long_o as_o they_o continue_v in_o a_o even_a and_o pleasant_a course_n will_v subject_v themselves_o to_o god_n and_o his_o service_n but_o when_o affliction_n come_v when_o god_n lead_v they_o through_o craggy_a and_o thorny_a way_n than_o they_o will_v go_v no_o further_o the_o reason_n be_v because_o their_o foot_n be_v not_o shod_a with_o the_o preparation_n of_o the_o gospel_n of_o peace_n they_o have_v not_o that_o peace_n of_o conscience_n which_o will_v make_v they_o willing_a to_o pass_v through_o all_o estate_n which_o be_v like_a shoe_n to_o the_o traveller_n foot_n we_o know_v he_o that_o be_v well_o shod_a will_n easy_o pass_v through_o craggy_a and_o thorny_a way_n whereas_o he_o that_o father_n his_o father_n be_v so_o far_o above_o he_o and_o deserve_v well_o at_o his_o hand_n by_o the_o same_o reason_n may_v god_n in_o a_o high_a degree_n punish_v every_o sin_n with_o death_n obj._n but_o it_o seem_v much_o that_o god_n shall_v punish_v one_o sin_n with_o eternal_a death_n ans._n the_o reason_n hereof_o be_v because_o the_o rebellion_n of_o the_o wicked_a be_v continual_a if_o they_o will_v cease_v to_o rebel_v and_o submit_v themselves_o to_o god_n he_o will_v cease_v to_o punish_v again_o it_o be_v just_a because_o god_n set_v before_o adam_n life_n and_o death_n eternal_a for_o he_o and_o his_o posterity_n as_o by_o justice_n for_o his_o obedience_n he_o shall_v have_v have_v eternal_a life_n so_o for_o transgression_n he_o and_o all_o his_o deserve_a commit_v the_o king_n send_v out_o his_o proclamation_n to_o take_v he_o and_o he_o after_o a_o three_o or_o four_o proclamation_n will_v not_o yet_o come_v in_o it_o do_v much_o more_o aggravate_v the_o offence_n so_o often_o as_o we_o have_v despise_v the_o word_n &_o not_o hearken_v to_o the_o reprehension_n for_o our_o rebellion_n commit_v so_o often_o have_v we_o refuse_v to_o be_v call_v
