god-man_n die_v upon_o the_o cross_n and_o bear_v such_o unutterable_a dolour_n for_o they_o to_o redeem_v they_o that_o be_v then_o in_o hell_n there_o be_v reason_n indeed_o that_o christ_n shall_v die_v for_o those_o saint_n that_o be_v in_o heaven_n before_o he_o die_v because_o they_o be_v pardon_v and_o save_v upon_o the_o account_n of_o his_o have_v undertake_v as_o surety_n for_o they_o to_o make_v satisfaction_n to_o the_o justice_n of_o god_n for_o their_o sin_n heb._n 9.15_o and_o for_o this_o cause_n he_o be_v the_o mediator_n of_o the_o new_a testament_n that_o by_o mean_n of_o death_n for_o the_o redemption_n of_o the_o transgression_n that_o be_v under_o the_o first_o testament_n they_o which_o be_v call_v may_v receive_v the_o promise_n of_o the_o eternal_a inheritance_n the_o father_n trust_v christ_n as_o we_o may_v express_v it_o upon_o his_o covenant_n and_o undertake_v as_o surety_n to_o make_v satisfaction_n to_o justice_n and_o so_o he_o pardon_v and_o save_v the_o saint_n of_o the_o old_a testament_n before_o christ_n actual_o die_v for_o they_o and_o as_o for_o the_o elect_n that_o be_v then_o live_v and_o be_v to_o live_v afterward_o in_o their_o generation_n christ_n trust_v the_o father_n with_o the_o payment_n and_o satisfaction_n he_o make_v for_o they_o by_o his_o death_n that_o they_o shall_v have_v the_o benefit_n of_o his_o death_n in_o due_a time_n bestow_v upon_o they_o it_o sound_v well_o enough_o in_o the_o ear_n of_o christian_n that_o christ_n be_v but_o once_o to_o offer_v himself_o a_o sacrifice_n and_o that_o therefore_o when_o he_o die_v he_o bear_v the_o sin_n of_o the_o saint_n in_o heaven_n because_o they_o come_v there_o upon_o the_o account_n of_o his_o covenant_n and_o undertake_n with_o the_o father_n that_o he_o will_v in_o the_o fullness_n of_o time_n take_v upon_o he_o humane_a nature_n and_o will_v as_o their_o surety_n make_v satisfaction_n for_o their_o sin_n but_o sure_o it_o will_v sound_v very_o harsh_o in_o the_o ear_n of_o all_o christian_n that_o christ_n god-man_n shall_v sweat_v drop_n of_o blood_n and_o die_v bear_v the_o curse_n of_o the_o law_n for_o they_o who_o be_v then_o in_o hell_n when_o he_o die_v except_o arminian_n think_v that_o the_o damn_a in_o hell_n shall_v be_v save_v at_o last_o indeed_o some_o passage_n of_o those_o of_o that_o judgement_n have_v a_o tendency_n to_o such_o a_o opinion_n but_o such_o doctrine_n be_v contrary_a to_o many_o place_n of_o scripture_n matth._n 25.41_o and_o the_o last_o verse_n 2_o
