journey_n end_n the_o less_o careful_a he_o be_v what_o provision_n he_o have_v god_n know_v if_o we_o be_v to_o live_v long_o in_o this_o world_n we_o will_v be_v the_o more_o careful_a for_o the_o thing_n of_o this_o life_n and_o will_v think_v we_o can_v never_o provide_v enough_o and_o therefore_o he_o have_v make_v our_o life_n to_o be_v short_a that_o we_o may_v be_v the_o less_o careful_a to_o provide_v for_o it_o to_o draw_v then_o to_o a_o conclusion_n of_o all_o we_o have_v brief_o hear_v why_o we_o be_v here_o resemble_v to_o the_o grass_n and_o flower_n of_o the_o field_n and_o from_o thence_o both_o of_o the_o certainty_n of_o our_o death_n and_o the_o shortness_n of_o our_o life_n and_o the_o reason_n why_o god_n have_v make_v our_o life_n so_o short_a all_o which_o may_v serve_v to_o teach_v we_o two_o lesson_n 1._o use_v 1_o not_o to_o make_v account_n that_o we_o shall_v live_v long_o as_o many_o of_o we_o do_v but_o that_o we_o shall_v soon_o die_v that_o we_o to_o forgive_v we_o our_o sin_n faithful_a and_o just_a and_o so_o we_o need_v not_o make_v any_o doubt_n thereof_o because_o his_o faithfulness_n and_o justice_n be_v engage_v upon_o it_o but_o some_o may_v say_v it_o may_v seem_v that_o see_v god_n be_v just_a he_o shall_v rather_o punish_v we_o then_o forgive_v we_o our_o sin_n because_o his_o justice_n require_v that_o we_o make_v he_o satisfaction_n and_o that_o he_o reward_v we_o according_a to_o our_o desert_n we_o be_v therefore_o to_o remember_v that_o confession_n of_o our_o sin_n and_o faith_n in_o christ_n for_o the_o pardon_n of_o they_o do_v always_o go_v together_o so_o that_o we_o can_v true_o confess_v our_o sin_n but_o we_o must_v needs_o have_v a_o eye_n unto_o christ_n for_o the_o forgiveness_n of_o our_o sin_n god_n therefore_o can_v but_o forgive_v we_o our_o sin_n because_o he_o be_v just_a for_o otherwise_o he_o shall_v be_v unjust_a to_o his_o son_n who_o have_v make_v satisfaction_n to_o god_n in_o our_o room_n and_o by_o his_o active_a and_o passive_a obedience_n have_v merit_v for_o we_o that_o our_o sin_n shall_v be_v forgive_v and_o herein_o appear_v the_o admirable_a wisdom_n and_o goodness_n of_o god_n in_o so_o contrive_v the_o work_n of_o our_o redemption_n that_o his_o justice_n shall_v plead_v for_o the_o forgiveness_n of_o our_o sin_n which_o plead_v before_o for_o our_o condemnation_n for_o if_o you_o ask_v why_o god_n shall_v condemn_v we_o for_o our_o sin_n the_o reason_n be_v because_o he_o be_v just_a and_o justice_n require_v that_o have_v offend_v he_o we_o shall_v make_v he_o satisfaction_n and_o yet_o if_o you_o ask_v why_o he_o shall_v forgive_v we_o our_o sin_n the_o reason_n be_v here_o give_v by_o st._n john_n because_o he_o be_v just_a and_o
