with_o such_o use_v as_o may_v be_v make_v thereof_o we_o be_v now_o come_v to_o the_o last_o scoene_n of_o this_o tragedy_n concern_v the_o execution_n of_o the_o murderer_n and_o herein_o we_o may_v first_o behold_v the_o singular_a wisdom_n of_o god_n in_o dispose_v thereof_o according_a to_o the_o diverse_a condition_n of_o the_o murderer_n for_o whereas_o there_o be_v two_o convict_v &_o harnenger_n to_o this_o sin_n not_o only_o murder_v hereby_o it_o master_v sudden_o but_o also_o provoke_v in_o his_o cup_n to_o spill_v the_o blood_n of_o other_o so_o just_a be_v the_o lord_n to_o meet_v with_o sinner_n in_o their_o kind_n that_o they_o which_o make_v no_o conscience_n to_o abuse_v and_o spill_v the_o good_a creature_n of_o god_n serve_v for_o the_o increase_n of_o blood_n and_o maintenance_n of_o life_n but_o have_v be_v brother_n in_o such_o horrible_a sin_n shall_v be_v give_v up_o to_o shed_v the_o blood_n of_o each_o other_o and_o so_o deprive_v themselves_o of_o that_o blessing_n which_o they_o have_v abuse_v these_o be_v some_o cause_n and_o occasion_n of_o this_o grievous_a sin_n unto_o which_o if_o we_o shall_v add_v what_o may_v be_v collect_v from_o the_o consideration_n of_o the_o subject_n former_o decipher_v we_o may_v conclude_v that_o as_o the_o want_n of_o god_n fear_n be_v a_o special_a cause_n of_o fall_v into_o this_o sin_n so_o the_o lord_n to_o who_o they_o fall_v or_o stand_v thus_o of_o the_o effect_n and_o judgement_n of_o this_o sin_n proceed_v we_o now_o in_o the_o last_o place_n to_o consider_v such_o antidote_n murder_n as_o may_v prevent_v the_o same_o the_o principal_a whereof_o be_v to_o maintain_v peace_n with_o our_o god_n because_o if_o our_o way_n do_v please_v he_o he_o will_v not_o only_o god_n make_v our_o enemy_n to_o be_v at_o peace_n with_o we_o that_o we_o may_v not_o fear_v to_o be_v provoke_v either_o by_o bridle_v their_o corruption_n as_o he_o do_v sometime_o laban_n &_o esau_n or_o turn_v their_o heart_n towards_o we_o as_o he_o have_v do_v the_o heart_n of_o many_o persecutor_n but_o will_v also_o incline_v our_o heart_n to_o be_v at_o peace_n with_o our_o enemy_n either_o by_o give_v we_o wisdom_n to_o overcome_v their_o evil_n with_o good_a or_o afford_v we_o patience_n to_o bear_v with_o our_o enemy_n or_o sustain_v we_o with_o meekness_n neither_o to_o provoke_v nor_o be_v provoke_v by_o they_o now_o we_o shall_v wise_o maintain_v peace_n with_o god_n how_o 1_o if_o we_o walk_v close_o with_o he_o according_a to_o his_o will_n with_o all_o power_n and_o diligence_n the_o lord_n shall_v be_v severe_a to_o mark_v what_o be_v do_v amiss_o even_o when_o we_o do_v our_o best_a we_o shall_v never_o be_v able_a to_o abide_v it_o we_o shall_v therefore_o daily_o deny_v our_o best_a righteousness_n and_o labour_n to_o be_v find_v in_o christ_n renew_v our_o right_n in_o he_o hereby_o we_o shall_v renew_v and_o maintain_v our_o peace_n with_o god_n 4_o and_o yet_o see_v the_o grace_n of_o god_n shall_v be_v sufficient_a for_o we_o in_o what_o soever_o want_v or_o extremity_n may_v befall_v if_o now_o we_o can_v in_o patience_n possess_v our_o soul_n not_o also_o to_o stop_v the_o mouth_n of_o all_o gainsay_v herein_o for_o why_o shall_v it_o seem_v strange_a to_o any_o that_o offender_n shall_v so_o differ_v in_o the_o issue_n of_o their_o conviction_n that_o the_o one_o shall_v be_v penitent_a and_o confess_v the_o fact_n as_o worlich_n in_o part_n have_v do_v by_o refer_v himself_o to_o the_o mercy_n of_o the_o judge_n the_o other_o shall_v still_o remain_v obstinate_a even_o to_o the_o death_n in_o the_o justify_n of_o himself_o have_v we_o not_o example_n of_o the_o like_a in_o the_o book_n of_o god_n one_o thief_n be_v penitent_a on_o absolute_o judge_v of_o any_o by_o their_o end_n yet_o wise_o judge_v of_o the_o end_n by_o the_o former_a life_n that_o they_o which_o live_v desperate_o do_v usual_o die_v obstinate_o and_o so_o let_v we_o by_o the_o end_n of_o such_o man_n labour_v to_o reform_v our_o life_n take_v heed_n of_o custom_n in_o sin_n and_o harden_v our_o heart_n therein_o lest_o when_o we_o will_v we_o can_v leave_v it_o and_o when_o we_o can_v leave_v it_o we_o grow_v to_o justify_v it_o and_o so_o not_o only_o die_v therein_o but_o die_v eternal_o thereby_o concern_v further_o guidence_n and_o act_n of_o the_o jury_n because_o they_o be_v only_a matter_n of_o form_n or_o needless_a in_o so_o great_a light_n i_o willing_o pass_v they_o over_o rest_v myself_o on_o such_o collection_n as_o i_o have_v gather_v for_o the_o justify_n of_o the_o proceed_n and_o thus_o far_o of_o the_o second_o scoene_n of_o the_o second_o part_n of_o the_o tragedy_n concern_v the_o conviction_n and_o cast_v of_o the_o murderer_n chap._n 6._o of_o the_o condemnation_n and_o judgement_n give_v upon_o the_o malefactor_n where_o after_o entrance_n make_v hereto_o 1_o the_o religious_a and_o learned_a speech_n of_o the_o thrice_o reverand_a judge_n be_v publish_v tend_v to_o justify_v the_o righteous_a hand_n of_o god_n heroine_n as_o also_o to_o prepare_v the_o delinquent_n to_o a_o holy_a use_n thereof_o 2_o the_o sentence_n itself_o follow_v with_o the_o great_a clemency_n and_o moderation_n thereof_o 3._o with_o diverse_a passage_n and_o profitable_a use_n of_o the_o same_o we_o be_v now_o come_v unto_o the_o dismal_a day_n wherein_o the_o murderer_n receive_v their_o sentence_n of_o condemnation_n and_o judgement_n thereupon_o a_o day_n most_o comfortable_a to_o the_o godly_a as_o wherein_o they_o observe_v the_o law_n of_o god_n execute_v that_o the_o murderer_n without_o any_o admittance_n of_o privilege_n or_o psalm_n
