say_v that_o this_o be_v the_o intention_n of_o our_o lawmaker_n that_o ordain_v our_o jury_n we_o can_v with_o reason_n defend_v either_o they_o or_o their_o law_n in_o this_o behalf_n nor_o excuse_v
