punish_v for_o their_o offence_n herein_o let_v governor_n of_o family_n look_v to_o themselves_o as_o well_o as_o constable_n &_o other_o officer_n belove_a you_o must_v know_v that_o when_o enormity_n &_o grievous_a sin_n be_v commit_v in_o your_o parish_n or_o in_o your_o house_n you_o be_v not_o to_o wink_v at_o the_o same_o but_o according_a to_o your_o place_n you_o be_v to_o see_v destroy_v let_v none_o of_o these_o evil_n fall_v out_o through_o your_o default_n for_o want_v of_o punish_v such_o as_o do_v offend_v and_o herein_o you_o must_v spare_v none_o thy_o eye_n say_v the_o lord_n in_o deut._n 19.21_o shall_v have_v no_o compassion_n but_o life_n for_o life_n etc._n etc._n and_o in_o the_o 13._o chapter_n of_o the_o same_o book_n the_o six_o verse_n and_o so_o forward_o he_o do_v declare_v that_o though_o they_o be_v most_o dear_a and_o near_o unto_o we_o as_o our_o own_o child_n brother_n wife_n and_o friend_n that_o be_v to_o we_o as_o our_o own_o soul_n
