administer_v to_o behold_v the_o kernel_n and_o to_o feed_v thereon_o and_o indeed_o it_o be_v the_o wisdom_n and_o good_a pleasure_n of_o almighty_n god_n to_o order_v the_o preach_n of_o the_o word_n unto_o all_o people_n for_o to_o beget_v faith_n in_o they_o and_o those_o convert_v to_o the_o faith_n unto_o a_o visible_a demonstration_n of_o the_o same_o to_o be_v meet_a subject_n for_o baptism_n and_o visible_a church-membership_a by_o the_o same_o and_o whereas_o some_o person_n do_v pretend_v they_o be_v baptize_v with_o the_o spirit_n and_o therefore_o slight_a baptism_n with_o water_n as_o too_o low_a a_o ordinance_n for_o they_o to_o observe_v in_o the_o administration_n of_o it_o and_o rather_o plead_v the_o cessation_n of_o it_o than_o the_o observation_n of_o it_o in_o answer_v whereunto_o consider_v that_o if_o any_o person_n may_v have_v be_v exempt_v from_o baptism_n upon_o that_o plea_n of_o be_v baptize_v with_o the_o spirit_n then_o doubtless_o christ_n and_o also_o those_o person_n speak_v of_o act._n 10._o may_v have_v be_v exempt_v inasmuch_o as_o they_o be_v extraordinary_o inspire_v with_o the_o spirit_n and_o gift_n thereof_o yet_o these_o must_v put_v on_o the_o administration_n thereof_o as_o a_o act_n of_o righteousness_n in_o submission_n to_o the_o will_n of_o god_n whence_o note_n that_o the_o high_a attainment_n of_o the_o spirit_n and_o spiritual_a gift_n of_o grace_n we_o can_v attain_v unto_o in_o this_o life_n do_v not_o exempt_a or_o free_a any_o person_n from_o but_o rather_o oblige_v the_o more_o unto_o and_o make_v they_o the_o more_o meet_a for_o action_n in_o those_o ordinance_n of_o baptism_n and_o bread_n and_o wine_n in_o their_o several_a place_n end_n and_o use_n and_o indeed_o it_o be_v a_o question_n whether_o those_o person_n pretend_v the_o abovesaid_a plea_n for_o their_o omission_n and_o opposition_n of_o the_o afore-recited_n ordinance_n be_v at_o all_o partaker_n of_o that_o spirit_n whereunto_o they_o do_v pretend_v forasmuch_o as_o it_o be_v the_o office_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o truth_n to_o lead_v soul_n into_o the_o observation_n of_o all_o truth_n and_o not_o into_o the_o omission_n or_o opposition_n of_o the_o same_o in_o the_o next_o place_n consider_v that_o although_o i_o have_v proceed_v so_o far_o upon_o this_o point_n of_o baptism_n in_o order_n to_o the_o vindication_n of_o it_o and_o believer_n in_o the_o observation_n of_o the_o same_o yet_o have_v i_o not_o digress_v from_o the_o matter_n of_o direction_n to_o the_o
