the_o world_n than_o that_o you_o shall_v scandalize_v the_o way_n of_o god_n and_o the_o profession_n of_o the_o name_n and_o gospel_n of_o jesus_n christ_n the_o thirteen_o evil._n earthly-mindednesse_a it_o do_v exceed_o hinder_v preparation_n for_o death_n and_o it_o be_v like_a to_o make_v death_n to_o be_v very_o grievous_a and_o terrible_a to_o they_o when_o it_o come_v that_o be_v like_o the_o rich_a fool_n in_o the_o gospel_n in_o the_o 21._o of_o luke_n the_o 34._o verse_n this_o i_o have_v from_o the_o scripture_n take_v heed_n to_o yourselves_o christ_n here_o take_v heed_n to_o yourselves_o lest_o at_o any_o time_n your_o heart_n he_o over_o charge_v with_o the_o care_n of_o this_o life_n why_o what_o evil_n will_v the_o overcharging_a of_o the_o heart_n cleave_v to_o the_o heart_n of_o man_n and_o woman_n that_o be_v earthly_a as_o the_o inward_a garment_n shall_v cleave_v to_o a_o sore_a on_o a_o man_n body_n and_o now_o when_o affliction_n or_o death_n come_v to_o take_v the_o thing_n of_o the_o earth_n from_o they_o or_o they_o from_o the_o thing_n of_o the_o earth_n oh_o it_o be_v painful_a to_o they_o it_o be_v grievous_a to_o they_o and_o for_o one_o that_o have_v a_o earthly_a spirit_n a_o hundred_o to_o one_o if_o he_o have_v any_o light_n of_o conscience_n leave_v in_o he_o but_o his_o conscience_n will_v trouble_v he_o in_o time_n of_o sickness_n and_o then_o tell_v he_o how_o he_o have_v spend_v his_o time_n and_o strength_n of_o his_o spirit_n about_o the_o thing_n of_o of_o the_o earth_n whereas_o they_o shall_v have_v be_v spend_v about_o more_o excellent_a thing_n and_o when_o he_o come_v to_o die_v then_o his_o spirit_n will_v be_v trouble_v i_o be_o now_o to_o leave_v all_o these_o thing_n that_o i_o have_v spend_v my_o care_n and_o thought_n upon_o and_o let_v out_o my_o heart_n about_o and_o what_o good_a be_v it_o to_o i_o now_o that_o i_o shall_v leave_v so_o much_o more_o than_o my_o neighbour_n do_v what_o great_a content_n be_v this_o to_o i_o when_o i_o be_o upon_o my_o sick_a and_o death_n bed_n what_o comfort_n can_v i_o have_v in_o all_o the_o good_a thing_n i_o have_v on_o the_o earth_n and_o mark_v therefore_o how_o it_o follow_v in_o the_o 37._o verse_n they_o be_v stone_v they_o be_v saw_v asunder_o be_v tempt_v be_v slay_v with_o the_o sword_n they_o wander_v about_o in_o sheepskin_n and_o goats-skin_n be_v destitute_a afflict_a torment_v who_o be_v these_o they_o be_v they_o of_o who_o the_o world_n be_v no_o tworthy_a they_o wander_v in_o desert_n and_o have_v in_o the_o earth_n the_o five_o direction_n but_o above_o all_o the_o set_a jesus_n christ_n before_o you_o and_o the_o meditate_v of_o the_o death_n of_o jesus_n christ_n i_o say_v that_o be_v the_o great_a thing_n that_o will_v take_v off_o the_o heart_n from_o the_o thing_n of_o the_o earth_n the_o look_v upon_o christ_n crucify_a how_o he_o that_o be_v the_o lord_n of_o heaven_n and_o and_o that_o may_v for_o the_o present_a make_v you_o less_o worldly_a but_o let_v i_o entreat_v you_o to_o meditate_v on_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n and_o know_v that_o there_o be_v a_o excellency_n in_o conformity_n even_o to_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n such_o a_o excellency_n that_o may_v take_v off_o your_o heart_n from_o the_o thing_n of_o the_o world_n it_o be_v say_v of_o the_o king_n of_o france_n that_o he_o ask_v one_o once_o about_o a_o eclipse_n say_v he_o i_o have_v so_o much_o business_n in_o the_o earth_n that_o i_o take_v little_a notice_n of_o the_o thing_n of_o heaven_n oh_o my_o brethren_n for_o the_o close_a of_o all_o i_o beseech_v you_o let_v not_o this_o be_v say_v concern_v any_o of_o you_o that_o you_o have_v such_o and_o such_o worldly_a
