convenient_a place_n in_o the_o sick_a man_n house_n where_o the_o curate_n may_v reverent_o minster_n and_o a_o good_a number_n to_o receive_v the_o communion_n with_o the_o sick_a person_n with_o all_o thing_n necessary_a for_o the_o same_o he_o shall_v there_o minister_v the_o holy_a communion_n the_o collect._n almighty_a everliving_a god_n maker_n of_o mankind_n which_o do_v corect_v those_o who_o thou_o do_v love_n and_o chastise_v every_o one_o who_o thou_o do_v receive_v we_o beseech_v thou_o to_o have_v mercy_n upon_o this_o thy_o servant_n visit_v with_o thy_o hand_n and_o
