by_o virtue_n of_o his_o godhead_n he_o reunite_v his_o soul_n to_o his_o body_n &_o so_o begin_v to_o live_v again_o but_o other_o dead_a man_n can_v not_o return_v to_o life_n by_o their_o own_o power_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v say_v they_o be_v raise_v by_o other_o as_o we_o all_o at_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n shall_v be_v raise_v by_o christ_n s_o be_v there_o any_o other_o difference_n betwixt_o the_o resurrection_n of_o christ_n &_o of_o other_o which_o return_v to_o life_n before_o he_o m_o there_o be_v this_o difference_n that_o the_o other_o rise_v mortal_a &_o therefore_o they_o die_v again_o but_o christ_n rise_v immortal_a neither_o can_v he_o ever_o die_v any_o more_o of_o the_o six_o article_n s_o now_o let_v we_o come_v unto_o the_o six_o article_n other_o like_a bargain_n and_o these_o be_v reduce_v to_o theft_n because_o he_o that_o use_v such_o deceit_n take_v secret_o of_o his_o neighbour_n more_o than_o be_v due_a second_o all_o usury_n which_o be_v make_v by_o lend_v of_o money_n with_o covenant_n that_o it_o shall_v be_v restore_v with_o something_o more_o and_o these_o be_v reduce_v to_o roberie_n because_o he_o that_o take_v usury_n exact_v manifest_o more_o they_o he_o hathlent_a three_o all_o the_o damage_n which_o be_v do_v to_o our_o neighbour_n though_o he_o that_o be_v the_o occasion_n thereof_o gain_v nothing_o thereby_o as_o when_o one_o burn_v a_o other_o man_n house_n and_o this_o be_v reduce_v sometime_o to_o theft_n and_o sometime_o to_o roberie_n according_a as_o the_o harm_n be_v do_v secret_o or_o manifest_o four_o he_o that_o pay_v not_o that_o he_o be_v bow_v to_o pay_v sin_v against_o this_o commandment_n as_o much_o as_o if_o he_o shall_v steal_v in_o that_o he_o keep_v a_o other_o man_n good_n against_o the_o will_n of_o the_o owner_n five_o he_o sin_v against_o the_o same_o commandment_n and_o commit_v theft_n that_o find_v any_o thing_n that_o a_o other_o have_v lose_v and_o take_v it_o for_o himself_o i_o say_v that_o a_o other_o have_v lose_v because_o it_o be_v not_o sin_n to_o take_v that_o which_o belong_v to_o no_o body_n as_o precious_a stone_n which_o sometime_o be_v find_v by_o the_o sea_n side_n six_o it_o be_v reduce_v to_o theft_n or_o to_o robbery_n when_o one_o appropriate_v to_o himself_o any_o thing_n which_o be_v common_a for_o he_o that_o do_v appropriate_a thing_n that_o be_v common_a deprive_v the_o community_n of_o such_o thing_n as_o belong_v to_o the_o whole_a body_n s_o i_o desire_v to_o know_v if_o theft_n be_v a_o great_a sin_n m_o all_o mortal_a sin_n may_v be_v call_v great_a for_o that_o they_o deprive_v a_o man_n of_o eternal_a life_n but_o theft_n have_v this_o property_n that_o it_o bring_v great_a evil_n with_o it_o for_o we_o see_v that_o judas_n by_o the_o custom_n he_o have_v to_o steal_v appropriate_v to_o himself_o that_o be_v give_v he_o for_o the_o common_a use_n of_o our_o lord_n and_o his_o holy_a apostle_n it_o bring_v he_o in_o the_o end_n to_o betray_v his_o own_o most_o holy_a master_n and_o we_o see_v daily_o that_o robber_n stick_v not_o to_o kill_v man_n who_o they_o never_o do_v see_v before_o and_o to_o who_o they_o have_v no_o hatred_n nor_o enmity_n only_o for_o dedesire_v to_o take_v from_o they_o that_o more_o or_o less_o which_o they_o carry_v about_o they_o &_o god_n permit_v that_o common_o those_o which_o take_v from_o other_o man_n enjoy_v it_o not_o long_o as_o it_o fall_v to_o judas_n who_o hang_v himself_o &_o all_o thief_n ordinary_o fall_v into_o the_o hand_n of_o to_o save_v a_o other_o from_o some_o danger_n and_o this_o be_v call_v a_o officious_a lie_n three_o when_o one_o tell_v a_o lie_n without_o either_o harm_a or_o help_v any_o man_n and_o this_o be_v call_v a_o idle_a lie_n the_o first_o of_o all_o these_o three_o manner_n be_v proper_o forbid_v by_o this_o commandment_n because_o it_o be_v not_o only_o a_o false_a testimony_n but_o unjust_a also_o &_o a_o most_o grievous_a sin_n the_o other_o two_o manner_n albeit_o they_o contain_v not_o always_o justice_n and_o be_v not_o so_o grievous_a sin_n as_o the_o first_o yet_o they_o be_v always_o sin_n at_o the_o least_o venial_a for_o that_o a_o lie_n ought_v not_o to_o be_v tell_v for_o any_o thing_n in_o the_o world_n s_o do_v this_o precept_n contain_v any_o thing_n beside_o the_o with_o a_o injurious_a meaning_n our_o saviour_n declare_v in_o the_o holy_a gospel_n where_o he_o say_v that_o he_o that_o call_v his_o brother_n fool_n shall_v be_v guilty_a of_o hell_n fire_n i_o
