or_o worthiness_n of_o my_o own_o but_o only_o in_o thy_o mercy_n o_o lord_n and_o in_o the_o alsufficient_a merit_n of_o thy_o christ_n my_o lord_n and_o bless_a saviour_n who_o have_v give_v himself_o to_o death_n for_o i_o and_o pour_v forth_o his_o precious_a blood_n upon_o the_o cross_n to_o make_v full_a satisfaction_n for_o i_o and_o to_o reconcile_v i_o unto_o thy_o majesty_n loe_o goodness_n so_o that_o they_o be_v exceed_o refresh_v and_o feel_v such_o divine_a and_o heavenly_a comfort_n and_o inward_a solace_n as_o that_o they_o be_v not_o able_a outward_o to_o express_v it_o and_o sometime_o again_o as_o though_o he_o have_v forget_v they_o he_o seem_v to_o hide_v and_o to_o absent_v himself_o from_o they_o and_o suffer_v they_o to_o be_v assail_v with_o some_o grievous_a temptation_n so_o that_o their_o day_n be_v turn_v into_o night_n their_o light_n into_o darkness_n their_o joy_n and_o gladness_n into_o sorrow_n and_o heaviness_n and_o this_o the_o lord_n do_v that_o he_o may_v cause_v they_o to_o acknowledge_v this_o to_o be_v his_o gift_n even_o that_o inward_a &_o spiritual_a comfort_n wherewith_o their_o spirit_n do_v rejoice_v before_o he_o and_o wickedness_n which_o reign_v in_o other_o and_o have_v they_o continual_o in_o subjection_n under_o they_o o_o lord_n without_o thou_o i_o be_o able_a to_o do_v nothing_o with_o thy_o help_n there_o heart_n and_o direct_v his_o stâ—ppes_n there_o will_v be_v much_o folly_n aâ—d_a vanity_n sound_v with_o he_o if_o he_o be_v aâ—_n righteous_a as_o david_n â—_o man_n after_o god_n own_o heart_n yet_o if_o the_o lord_n do_v not_o always_o preserve_v he_o and_o strengthen_v he_o through_o the_o assistance_n of_o his_o gracious_a spirit_n he_o will_v fall_v most_o dangerous_o yea_o if_o he_o be_v as_o pure_a and_o as_o holy_a as_o the_o angel_n themselves_o those_o heavenly_a spirit_n yet_o if_o the_o lord_n shall_v not_o sustain_v he_o with_o his_o especial_a grace_n and_o continue_v
