to_o thy_o lord_n and_o master_n at_o the_o great_a day_n how_o and_o where_o thou_o have_v bestow_v it_o for_o he_o obj._n it_o may_v be_v thou_o will_v reply_v that_o the_o rich_a may_v have_v man_n any_o more_o benefit_n by_o his_o costly_a apparel_n than_o the_o poor_a man_n by_o his_o plain_a habit_n which_o keep_v he_o as_o warm_v as_o the_o fine_a and_o rich_a but_o how_o many_o rich_a miser_n be_v there_o who_o though_o they_o have_v abundance_n of_o this_o world_n good_n yet_o have_v not_o the_o heart_n to_o use_v they_o but_o spare_v from_o their_o own_o back_n and_o pinch_v their_o own_o belly_n to_o fill_v their_o purse_n what_o profit_n or_o benefit_n have_v such_o by_o their_o riches_n but_o only_o the_o behold_v they_o with_o their_o eye_n beside_o no_o outward_a riches_n can_v make_v we_o better_o in_o the_o best_a thing_n they_o can_v make_v we_o more_o acceptable_a to_o god_n neither_o can_v they_o make_v we_o more_o rich_a in_o spiritual_a grace_n more_o virtuous_a or_o religious_a they_o can_v assure_v we_o of_o god_n love_n nor_o of_o our_o future_a happiness_n they_o will_v not_o profit_v we_o at_o the_o day_n of_o death_n be_v then_o like_o iob_n immoderate_a seek_v after_o worldly_a riches_n chap._n xxv_o show_v the_o danger_n of_o bad_a company_n and_o the_o advantage_n of_o good_a company_n iv._o be_v careful_a of_o thy_o company_n especial_o who_o thou_o make_v thy_o bosom_n and_o familiar_a friend_n for_o that_o be_v a_o matter_n of_o exceed_v great_a concernment_n to_o thy_o spiritual_a welfare_n this_o i_o shall_v branch_v into_o two_o head_n 1._o avoid_v the_o society_n of_o wicked_a and_o profane_a person_n 2._o desire_n and_o embrace_v the_o company_n of_o the_o godly_a i._o avoid_v the_o society_n of_o wicked_a man_n which_o have_v be_v the_o bane_n and_o ruin_n of_o thousand_o of_o young_a men._n i_o do_v not_o say_v that_o all_o manner_n of_o society_n with_o graceless_a and_o profane_a person_n be_v religion_n and_o traducer_n of_o good_a man_n who_o by_o their_o loose_a conversation_n and_o continual_a rail_n against_o religion_n and_o the_o professor_n thereof_o will_v take_v off_o thy_o heart_n from_o all_o love_n and_o delight_n in_o holy_a and_o religious_a exercise_n and_o work_v in_o thou_o a_o distaste_n and_o contempt_n of_o the_o way_n of_o godliness_n there_o be_v a_o secret_a and_o bewitch_a power_n in_o profane_a company_n to_o impoison_v and_o pervert_v even_o the_o best_a disposition_n sin_n be_v of_o a_o contagious_a nature_n more_o infectious_a than_o the_o plague_n and_o the_o soul_n much_o more_o catch_v of_o the_o contagion_n of_o sin_n than_o the_o body_n of_o any_o infectious_a disease_n it_o be_v a_o thing_n of_o great_a difficulty_n ordinary_o and_o intimate_o to_o converse_v with_o wicked_a man_n and_o not_o to_o be_v taint_v with_o their_o sin_n for_o beside_o that_o they_o be_v apt_a to_o infect_v other_o we_o be_v very_o apt_a to_o
