course_n but_o all_o other_o for_o the_o physician_n he_o look_v to_o the_o cause_n of_o the_o sickness_n out_o of_o a_o man_n or_o in_o a_o man_n out_o of_o a_o man_n and_o then_o especial_o in_o contagious_a sickness_n he_o look_v to_o the_o influence_n of_o the_o heaven_n in_o such_o a_o year_n such_o conjunction_n and_o such_o eclipse_n have_v be_v he_o look_v to_o the_o infection_n of_o the_o air_n to_o subordinate_a cause_n to_o contagious_a company_n and_o to_o diet_n etc._n etc._n and_o then_o in_o a_o man_n to_o the_o distemper_n of_o the_o humour_n and_o of_o the_o spirit_n when_o the_o instrument_n of_o nature_n be_v out_o of_o tune_n it_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o sickness_n but_o the_o divine_a and_o every_o christian_a that_o shall_v be_v a_o divine_a in_o this_o respect_n go_v high_a and_o see_v all_o the_o discord_n between_o god_n sin_n and_o we_o there_o be_v not_o that_o sweet_a harmony_n there_o and_o so_o all_o the_o jar_n in_o second_o cause_v come_v from_o god_n as_o the_o cause_n inflict_v from_o sin_n as_o the_o cause_n demeriting_a the_o divine_a consider_v those_o two_o always_o the_o physician_n look_v to_o the_o inward_a distemper_n and_o the_o outward_a contagion_n and_o this_o be_v well_o and_o may_v be_v do_v without_o sin_n but_o man_n must_v join_v this_o too_o to_o look_v into_o conscience_n and_o look_v up_o to_o god_n together_o with_o look_v for_o help_v to_o the_o physician_n because_o we_o have_v especial_o to_o deal_v with_o god_n i_o will_v this_o be_v consider_v that_o we_o may_v carry_v ourselves_o more_o christian-like_a under_o any_o affliction_n whatsoever_o trouble_n what_o be_v the_o reason_n that_o people_n murmur_n &_o struggle_v and_o strive_v as_o a_o bull_n in_o a_o net_n as_o the_o prophet_n speak_v when_o god_n hamper_v they_o in_o some_o judgement_n they_o look_v to_o the_o second_o cause_n and_o never_o look_v to_o clear_v the_o conscience_n of_o sin_n nor_o never_o look_v to_o god_n when_o indeed_o the_o ground_n of_o all_o be_v god_n offend_v by_o sin_n fool_n for_o their_o transgression_n be_v afflict_v we_o by_o our_o sin_n put_v a_o rod_n into_o god_n hand_n hand_n a_o rod_n for_o the_o fool_n back_n as_o solomon_n say_v and_o when_o we_o will_v be_v fool_n we_o must_v needs_o endure_v the_o scourge_n and_o rod_n in_o one_o kind_a or_o other_o those_o that_o will_v sin_n eye_n their_o carriage_n and_o yet_o be_o i_o not_o inje_v well_o it_o be_v no_o jest_a matter_n sin_n be_v like_o a_o secret_a poison_n poison_n perhaps_o it_o do_v not_o work_v present_o as_o out_o of_o self_n respect_n and_o not_o respect_n to_o he_o if_o we_o seek_v to_o god_n now_o he_o will_v single_a and_o mark_v out_o those_o that_o mourn_n for_o the_o sin_n of_o the_o time_n and_o physician_n though_o they_o be_v as_o these_o at_o the_o gate_n of_o death_n he_o can_v fetch_v they_o back_o herein_o god_n differ_v from_o all_o other_o physician_n first_o of_o all_o he_o be_v a_o general_a physician_n he_o can_v heal_v a_o land_n a_o whole_a kingdom_n of_o sickness_n of_o pestilence_n and_o as_o it_o be_v in_o 7.14_o 2_o chro._n 7.14_o then_o he_o be_v a_o physician_n of_o body_n and_o soul_n of_o both_o part_n and_o then_o he_o be_v not_o tie_v to_o mean_n other_o physician_n can_v cure_v but_o they_o must_v have_v mean_n other_o physician_n can_v cure_v all_o manner_n of_o disease_n nor_o in_o all_o place_n but_o god_n can_v cure_v all_o he_o save_v they_o out_o of_o their_o distress_n other_o physician_n can_v be_v always_o present_a but_o god_n be_v so_o to_o every_o one_o of_o his_o patient_n he_o be_v a_o compassionate_a tender_a present_a physician_n which_o shall_v encourage_v we_o in_o any_o extremity_n especial_o in_o sickness_n of_o body_n to_o have_v recourse_n to_o god_n sickness_n and_o never_o to_o despair_v though_o we_o be_v bring_v never_o so_o low_a he_o that_o can_v raise_v the_o dead_a body_n can_v raise_v we_o out_o of_o any_o true_a religion_n they_o pray_v to_o god_n as_o creature_n to_o the_o creator_n and_o though_o god_n have_v not_o their_o soul_n yet_o he_o will_v not_o be_v behold_v to_o any_o man_n for_o duty_n if_o ahab_n do_v but_o hypocritical_o fast_o ahab_n shall_v have_v outward_a deliverance_n for_o his_o outward_a humiliation_n and_o these_o man_n mention_v in_o the_o text_n if_o they_o call_v to_o god_n but_o as_o creature_n and_o not_o to_o idol_n god_n will_v regard_v they_o in_o outward_a thing_n and_o deliver_v they_o god_n will_v not_o be_v in_o any_o man_n debt_n for_o any_o service_n what_o do_v he_o require_v for_o all_o this_o great_a cure_n sure_o the_o text_n tell_v we_o he_o look_v for_o nothing_o but_o praise_n oh_o that_o man_n will_v therefore_o praise_v the_o lord_n for_o his_o goodness_n etc._n etc._n in_o which_o word_n you_o have_v these_o circumstance_n considerable_a together_o with_o the_o substance_n of_o the_o duty_n first_o the_o person_n who_o must_v praise_v god_n oh_o that_o man_n will_v praise_v the_o lord_n and_o then_o the_o duty_n they_o be_v to_o perform_v to_o praise_n god_n to_o sacrifice_v to_o god_n to_o declare_v his_o work_n one_o main_a duty_n express_v by_o three_o term_n the_o three_o be_v for_o what_o they_o shall_v praise_v he_o for_o his_o goodness_n it_o be_v the_o spring_n of_o all_o for_o all_o particular_a action_n of_o god_n do_v come_v from_o his_o nature_n his_o nature_n be_v goodness_n itself_o and_o indeed_o all_o other_o attribute_n be_v found_v on_o goodness_n why_o be_v he_o gracious_a and_o merciful_a and_o
