leave_v to_o the_o mercy_n of_o the_o husband_n the_o same_o i_o say_v to_o the_o reconcile_n the_o command_n of_o put_v to_o death_n the_o defile_a virgin_n deut._n 22._o and_o divorce_v she_o cap._n 24._o it_o may_v further_o by_o object_v that_o it_o can_v be_v the_o same_o uncleanness_n mean_v here_o which_o in_o chapter_n 22._o because_o there_o direction_n be_v give_v for_o a_o trial_n of_o the_o charge_n of_o uncleanness_n lay_v to_o she_o but_o not_o so_o here_o and_o if_o upon_o trial_n there_o it_o be_v find_v a_o false_a charge_n he_o may_v not_o put_v she_o away_o all_o the_o day_n of_o his_o life_n to_o this_o we_o answer_v two_o thing_n first_o it_o will_v not_o follow_v but_o that_o the_o same_o trial_n ought_v to_o be_v in_o the_o 24_o chapter_n as_o in_o the_o 22._o although_o not_o mention_v answ._n yet_o to_o be_v understand_v as_o well_o as_o the_o father_n dissent_n to_o the_o marriage_n of_o his_o daughter_n to_o one_o who_o have_v defile_v she_o be_v not_o mention_v deut._n 22.29_o yet_o be_v to_o be_v understand_v as_o well_o as_o it_o be_v exod._n 22.17_o where_o it_o be_v mention_v but_o suppose_v the_o same_o trial_n be_v not_o to_o be_v understand_v in_o the_o 24_o chapter_n as_o in_o the_o 22._o answ._n yet_o will_v it_o not_o follow_v but_o that_o it_o may_v be_v the_o same_o uncleanness_n only_o differ_v in_o the_o consent_n of_o fornication_n before_o marriage_n because_o christ_n speak_v with_o relation_n to_o this_o text_n as_o it_o seem_v understand_v it_o otherwise_o then_o of_o fornication_n as_o appear_v by_o his_o conclusion_n that_o whosoever_o shall_v put_v away_o their_o wife_n except_o for_o fornication_n etc._n etc._n so_o that_o it_o will_v seem_v plain_a christ_n understand_v not_o this_o text_n to_o be_v mean_v of_o fornication_n for_o he_o seem_v to_o blame_v this_o put_v away_o found_v upon_o this_o text_n and_o yet_o allow_v divorce_n for_o fornication_n for_o answer_v to_o this_o brief_o answ._n we_o conceive_v the_o word_n fornication_n and_o adultery_n be_v use_v in_o the_o new_a testament_n if_o not_o reciprocal_o yet_o at_o the_o least_o promiscuous_o and_o that_o that_o by_o fornication_n be_v many_o time_n mean_v more_o than_o uncleanness_n commit_v between_o unmarried_a person_n as_o 1_o corinthian_n 5.1_o there_o the_o word_n fornication_n be_v use_v and_o apply_v to_o incest_n and_o in_o 1_o corinthian_n 10.7_o neither_o let_v we_o be_v fornicator_n etc._n etc._n be_v apply_v to_o the_o israelite_n numb._n 25._o who_o lie_v it_o be_v say_v with_o the_o woman_n of_o midian_a which_o seem_v to_o be_v no_o maid_n for_o the_o title_n woman_n be_v seldom_o apply_v to_o they_o so_o 1_o cor._n 6_o he_o that_o commit_v fornication_n sin_n against_o his_o own_o body_n be_v doubtless_o to_o be_v understand_v of_o adultery_n as_o well_o as_o of_o uncleanness_n between_o single_a person_n if_o it_o be_v not_o sole_o mean_v of_o adultery_n so_o than_o our_o answer_n be_v that_o the_o word_n fornication_n be_v often_o use_v for_o adultery_n after_o marriage_n and_o we_o conceive_v christ_n intend_v it_o so_o when_o he_o say_v whosoever_o shall_v put_v away_o his_o wife_n except_o for_o fornication_n etc._n etc._n that_o be_v for_o adultery_n or_o defile_v his_o marriage_n bed_n and_o so_o christ_n speak_v not_o of_o the_o same_o uncleanness_n moses_n do_v although_o moses_n shall_v be_v mean_v of_o fornication_n thus_o you_o have_v our_o first_o answer_n to_o this_o your_o place_n of_o deut._n 24.1_o that_o it_o be_v mean_v of_o uncleanness_n as_o objection_n remain_v 1._o that_o christ_n find_v fault_n with_o this_o divorce_n ground_v upon_o moses_n law_n object_n and_o show_v it_o be_v not_o so_o from_o the_o beginning_n nor_o ought_v not_o to_o be_v so_o now_o which_o prove_v the_o divorce_n for_o uncleanness_n deut._n 24.1_o can_v be_v understand_v of_o fornication_n or_o uncleanness_n commit_v before_o marriage_n for_o that_o be_v always_o allow_v of_o from_o the_o beginning_n as_o a_o just_a cause_n of_o divorce_n and_o so_o seem_v to_o be_v now_o to_o this_o we_o only_o answer_v that_o when_o either_o of_o these_o two_o be_v
