judicial_a act_n there_o be_v worthy_a of_o consideration_n these_o particular_n the_o manner_n how_o cause_n criminal_a be_v bring_v to_o trial_n 2._o the_o judgement_n or_o sentence_n upon_o that_o trial_n or_o arraignment_n 3._o the_o execution_n of_o that_o sentence_n 4._o the_o mean_n whereby_o the_o judgement_n or_o execution_n may_v be_v escape_v or_o delay_v no_o man_n be_v say_v to_o be_v arraign_v delixlinquent_n but_o mere_o at_o the_o suit_n of_o the_o king_n upon_o a_o indictment_n find_v against_o he_o or_o other_o record_n wherewith_o he_o be_v charge_v and_o there_o the_o arraignment_n of_o the_o prisoner_n be_v to_o take_v order_n a._n that_o he_o appear_v and_o for_o the_o certainty_n of_o the_o person_n to_o hold_v up_o his_o hand_n and_o to_o plead_v a_o
