demaundant_a and_o tenant_n and_o a_o other_o between_o the_o tenant_n show_v his_o right_a and_o the_o demaundant_a ¶_o the_o four_o chapter_n in_o case_n when_o a_o man_n be_v implede_v for_o land_n gyve_v up_o the_o land_n demand_v unto_o his_o adversarye_n by_o collusyon_n after_o the_o death_n of_o the_o husband_n the_o iustyce_n shall_v award_v the_o wife_n her_o dower_n if_o she_o demand_v it_o by_o a_o wrytte_n but_z in_o case_n when_o a_o man_n â—â—syth_v by_o defaute_fw-fr the_o land_n be_v in_o demand_n if_o the_o wife_n after_o the_o death_n of_o her_o husband_n demand_v to_o be_v endow_v and_o it_o be_v find_v that_o by_o some_o iustyce_n dower_n be_v award_v to_o the_o demaundant_a notwithstanding_o the_o defaute_n which_o her_o husband_n make_v before_o the_o other_o iustyce_n be_v of_o the_o contrary_a opinion_n and_o award_v the_o contrary_a to_o the_o intent_n that_o from_o hen_n for_o the_o such_o doubt_n or_o ambyguyte_n shall_v be_v take_v away_o and_o put_v in_o certain_a it_o be_v provyde_v that_o in_o both_o case_n the_o woman_n demand_v her_o dower_n shall_v be_v hear_v and_o if_o it_o be_v allege_v against_o she_o that_o her_o husband_n lose_v the_o her_o dower_n by_o defaute_fw-fr and_o tenantes_fw-la in_o free_a marriage_n by_o the_o law_n of_o england_n or_z for_o term_n of_o life_n or_z in_o fee_n taylle_v dyverse_a accyon_n do_v concur_v for_o such_o tenante_n when_o they_o demand_v the_o land_n lose_v by_o defaute_fw-fr and_o when_o it_o be_v come_v to_o that_o point_n that_o the_o tenant_n must_v be_v compel_v to_o show_v his_o right_a in_o asmuch_o as_o the_o law_n will_v not_o compel_v they_o to_o make_v answer_n with_o they_o to_o who_o the_o revercyou_n belong_v and_o therefore_o they_o be_v suffer_v to_o voucheor_n
