shall_v fall_v into_o the_o like_a offence_n the_o three_o time_n he_o shall_v be_v put_v to_o death_n as_o be_v incorrigible_a day_n on_o the_o lord_n day_n and_o if_o any_o person_n shall_v commit_v such_o burglary_n or_o rob_v in_o the_o field_n or_o house_n on_o the_o lord_n day_n beside_o the_o former_a punishment_n of_o brand_a he_o shall_v for_o the_o first_o offence_n have_v one_o of_o his_o ear_n cut_v off_o and_o for_o the_o second_o offence_n in_o the_o same_o kind_n he_o shall_v lose_v his_o other_o ear_n in_o the_o same_o manner_n and_o for_o the_o three_o offence_n he_o tree_n fruit_n linen_n woollen_a or_o any_o other_o good_n leave_v out_o in_o orchard_n garden_n backside_n or_o in_o any_o other_o place_n in_o house_n or_o field_n or_o shall_v steal_v any_o wood_n or_o other_o good_n from_o the_o waterside_n damage_n pay_v treble_a damage_n from_o man_n door_n or_o yard_n he_o shall_v forfeit_v treble_a damage_n to_o the_o owner_n thereof_o whip_v or_o be_v whip_v and_o if_o they_o be_v child_n or_o servant_n that_o shall_v trespass_v herein_o if_o their_o parent_n or_o master_n will_v not_o pay_v the_o penalty_n before_o express_v they_o shall_v be_v open_o whip_v and_o forasmuch_o as_o many_o time_n it_o so_o fall_v out_o that_o small_a theft_n and_o other_o offence_n of_o a_o criminal_a nature_n be_v commit_v both_o by_o english_a and_o indian_n
