in_o st._n john_n street_n at_o their_o meeting-place_n and_o give_v his_o testimony_n against_o muggleton_n before_o the_o people_n to_o satisfy_v the_o ignorant_a quaker_n else_o they_o will_v before_o no_o prophet_n no_o saint_n for_o though_o man_n and_o woman_n be_v elect_v in_o the_o seed_n in_o god_n elect_v power_n and_o may_v be_v save_v by_o election_n yet_o they_o can_v proper_o power_n to_o any_o saint_n all_o his_o day_n of_o his_o life_n neither_o do_v any_o saint_n give_v sentence_n upon_o any_o all_o his_o day_n 4._o now_o see_v the_o saint_n receive_v their_o power_n pass_v upon_o he_o 5._o there_o have_v be_v a_o example_n of_o this_o both_o in_o john_n reeve_n time_n and_o since_o for_o it_o come_v to_o pass_v that_o john_n reeve_n have_v pass_v the_o sentence_n upon_o a_o man_n for_o write_v blasphemous_a word_n upon_o the_o marjant_n of_o the_o commission_n book_n and_o when_o the_o man_n read_v the_o sentence_n he_o be_v exceed_o trouble_v all_o that_o night_n so_o that_o no_o rest_n can_v be_v find_v so_o that_o he_o come_v in_o the_o morning_n with_o the_o sentence_n in_o his_o hand_n and_o beseech_v we_o with_o tear_n upon_o his_o knee_n to_o blasphemy_n 8._o another_o example_n since_o it_o be_v so_o that_o claxton_n give_v sentence_n of_o damnation_n upon_o mrs._n masson_n and_o he_o be_v at_o that_o time_n as_o know_v a_o saint_n count_v by_o the_o beleiver_n as_o ever_o any_o of_o you_o be_v yet_o when_o her_o husband_n cause_v she_o to_o apply_v herself_o unto_o the_o prophet_n i_o understand_v the_o cause_n i_o take_v off_o that_o sentence_n he_o have_v give_v she_o and_o not_o only_o so_o but_o for_o that_o and_o other_o thing_n i_o take_v away_o his_o power_n also_o so_o that_o no_o sentence_n of_o his_o afterward_o shall_v be_v of_o any_o value_n to_o any_o man._n 9_o so_o that_o prophet_n have_v a_o prerogative_n power_n as_o god_n above_o the_o power_n of_o saint_n because_o the_o power_n of_o a_o saint_n be_v at_o the_o second_o hand_n subordinate_a to_o the_o power_n of_o a_o prophet_n and_o therefore_o a_o prophet_n have_v power_n to_o take_v off_o that_o sentence_n where_o and_o on_o who_o he_o please_v etc._n etc._n 10._o and_o as_o to_o the_o answer_n of_o the_o five_o assertion_n this_o i_o say_v who_o shall_v uphold_v a_o corrupt_a nature_a man_n but_o a_o prophet_n in_o case_n a_o corrupt_a nature_a man_n do_v believe_v the_o prophet_n than_o the_o prophet_n faith_n shall_v uphold_v he_o from_o the_o censure_v and_o judgement_n of_o those_o that_o look_n upon_o their_o own_o nature_n to_o be_v more_o pure_a and_o uncorrupt_a as_o to_o his_o happiness_n in_o the_o life_n to_o come_v the_o prophet_n love_n be_v in_o he_o he_o will_v uphold_v he_o 11._o and_o whereas_o you_o say_v defraud_n and_o deceive_v all_o man_n to_o this_o i_o say_v i_o do_v not_o uphold_v no_o man_n to_o defraud_v nor_o deceive_v any_o man_n it_o be_v always_o contrary_a to_o my_o nature_n to_o uphold_v any_o such_o practice_n in_o any_o saint_n or_o devil_n because_o i_o never_o do_v practise_v any_o such_o thing_n myself_o not_o in_o the_o day_n of_o my_o ignorance_n 12._o but_o in_o case_n some_o man_n nature_n be_v so_o corrupt_a as_o to_o practise_v such_o thing_n and_o yet_o be_v true_a believer_n what_o shall_v the_o prophet_n do_v with_o such_o man_n shall_v he_o cast_v they_o out_o of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n for_o ever_o because_o his_o nature_n be_v corrupt_v sure_o no_v for_o this_o be_v not_o the_o practice_n of_o christ_n when_o on_o earth_n but_o this_o i_o do_v allow_v and_o tolerate_v every_o saint_n that_o if_o they_o can_v free_o forgive_v the_o defraud_n and_o deceive_n of_o such_o nature_a man_n they_o may_v take_v the_o law_n of_o they_o the_o law_n be_v open_a to_o right_v himself_o that_o be_v deceive_v or_o else_o let_v they_o trust_v such_o man_n no_o more_o 13._o but_o this_o i_o say_v i_o think_v you_o fault_n finder_n be_v the_o least_o defraud_a or_o deceive_v by_o those_o corrupt_a nature_a man_n of_o any_o prophet_n can_v give_v man_n honest_a heart_n that_o be_v not_o honest_a by_o nature_n and_o if_o they_o be_v honest_a by_o nature_n prophet_n can_v give_v they_o money_n to_o uphold_v their_o honesty_n 14._o neither_o can_v a_o prophet_n change_v corrupt_a nature_n for_o if_o the_o prophet_n can_v i_o will_v have_v change_v you_o and_o have_v make_v you_o more_o merciful_a to_o forgive_v the_o trespass_n of_o your_o brother_n of_o your_o own_o faith_n and_o not_o to_o rake_v up_o the_o sin_n of_o other_o and_o lay_v they_o as_o a_o charge_n against_o the_o prophet_n as_o if_o he_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o their_o defraud_n and_o deceit_n because_o i_o uphold_v they_o in_o peace_n of_o mind_n concern_v the_o life_n to_o come_v my_o faith_n be_v in_o he_o it_o shall_v uphold_v he_o so_o that_o the_o fear_n of_o eternal_a death_n shall_v not_o surprise_v he_o 15._o also_o if_o i_o can_v have_v change_v your_o corrupt_a nature_n i_o will_v never_o have_v suffer_v it_o to_o have_v break_v forth_o into_o rebellon_n as_o it_o have_v do_v but_o will_v have_v uphold_v you_o in_o peace_n of_o mind_n and_o hope_v of_o eternal_a life_n notwithstanding_o your_o nature_n be_v corrupt_a enough_o yet_o while_o my_o love_n be_v in_o you_o i_o do_v uphold_v you_o in_o peace_n of_o mind_n but_o now_o my_o love_n be_v take_v from_o you_o through_o your_o rebellion_n your_o peace_n hope_n and_o assurance_n will_v weather_n and_o die_v in_o you_o and_o in_o this_o sense_n will_v he_o uphold_v corrupt_a nature_a man_n if_o his_o love_n be_v in_o he_o 16._o the_o six_o assertion_n answer_v which_o say_v though_o false_a worship_n be_v a_o idol_n yet_o with_o the_o prophet_n leave_v he_o may_v go_v to_o that_o worship_n blameless_a as_o to_o this_o i_o never_o do_v forbid_v any_o believer_n of_o this_o commission_n of_o the_o spirit_n from_o go_v to_o church_n neither_o do_v john_n reeve_n in_o his_o time_n they_o all_o go_v to_o church_n or_o to_o meeting_n john_n reeve_n nor_o i_o never_o lay_v any_o injunction_n upon_o any_o believer_n not_o to_o go_v to_o church_n 17._o but_o since_o i_o write_v the_o book_n of_o the_o whole_a revelation_n i_o have_v occasion_n to_o write_v concern_v worship_n and_o the_o believer_n read_v of_o it_o their_o eye_n

double_a power_n as_o he_o do_v to_o the_o prophet_n elisha_n when_o ely'_v mantle_n fall_v upon_o he_o 16._o so_o that_o god_n have_v seat_v and_o establish_v the_o commission_n whole_o upon_o i_o so_o that_o the_o prophet_n now_o alive_a do_v stand_v in_o god_n place_n and_o do_v represent_v his_o person_n to_o make_v peace_n with_o man_n neither_o can_v any_o man_n have_v true_a peace_n in_o his_o soul_n but_o by_o cast_v himself_o by_o faith_n whole_o upon_o the_o prophet_n that_o be_v now_o alive_a 17._o now_o if_o it_o where_o possible_a for_o this_o live_a prophet_n to_o disow_v the_o commission_n of_o the_o spirit_n but_o it_o be_v not_o possible_a then_o shall_v he_o be_v find_v a_o false_a prophet_n and_o will_v be_v damn_v than_o all_o that_o believe_v he_o will_v be_v damn_v also_o this_o must_v be_v venture_v by_o all_o man_n and_o woman_n that_o be_v save_v by_o faith_n in_o a_o commission_n 18._o but_o as_o christ_n speak_v many_o hard_a word_n which_o make_v many_o forsake_v he_o so_o likewise_o the_o prophet_n have_v speak_v many_o hard_a word_n as_o those_o assertion_n where_o by_o some_o that_o where_o his_o disciple_n be_v offend_v at_o he_o and_o forsake_v the_o prophet_n and_o follow_v he_o no_o more_o this_o have_v be_v the_o practice_n of_o some_o in_o all_o commission_n 19_o but_o woe_n will_v be_v to_o all_o that_o set_v the_o hand_n of_o faith_n to_o the_o blow_n of_o obedience_n to_o the_o prophet_n and_o look_v back_o as_o lot_n wife_n do_v or_o draw_v back_o unto_o perdition_n who_o faith_n do_v not_o hold_v out_o to_o the_o end_n that_o they_o may_v be_v say_v 20._o and_o in_o this_o sense_n if_o the_o prophet_n shall_v disow_v the_o commission_n of_o the_o spirit_n all_o those_o that_o believe_v he_o will_v be_v damn_v 21._o as_o to_o the_o nine_o assertion_n in_o answer_n thereunto_o behold_v the_o power_n of_o a_o prophet_n blessing_n that_o though_o a_o man_n walk_v contrary_a to_o the_o commission_n his_o faith_n be_v in_o yet_o the_o condemnation_n of_o his_o conscience_n it_o shall_v not_o reach_v unto_o eternity_n but_o unto_o the_o grave_n mouth_n why_o because_o the_o remembrance_n of_o the_o prophet_n blessing_n
