adorn_v some_o holy_a thing_n we_o shall_v rather_o call_v he_o very_o liberal_a then_o magnificent_a but_o if_o he_o shall_v employ_v the_o value_n of_o this_o jewel_n to_o build_v a_o church_n altar_n or_o some_o other_o magnificent_a piece_n of_o work_n we_o may_v then_o call_v he_o magnificent_a and_o when_o we_o speak_v of_o magnificent_a work_n we_o mean_v such_o as_o belong_v to_o the_o honour_n of_o god_n the_o public_a good_a recreation_n or_o the_o like_a but_o in_o all_o these_o thing_n there_o be_v a_o decorum_n or_o measure_n to_o be_v observe_v as_o well_o in_o order_n to_o the_o giver_n as_o the_o gift_n he_o be_v not_o proper_o magnificent_a who_o spend_v more_o than_o he_o be_v worth_a who_o engage_v himself_o and_o his_o family_n in_o great_a debt_n out_o of_o ambition_n to_o be_v esteem_v magnificent_a he_o be_v true_o liberal_a and_o magnificent_a who_o give_v what_o be_v his_o own_o and_o spend_v nothing_o at_o the_o expense_n of_o other_o chap._n xxviii_o of_o fortitude_n and_o the_o duty_n of_o it_o that_o a_o generous_a man_n shall_v contemn_v death_n 1._o the_o nature_n of_o man_n be_v common_o weak_a and_o their_o mind_n effeminate_a
