faithful_a counsellor_n but_o the_o holy_a ghost_n note_v he_o of_o great_a frailty_n and_o faint_a heartedness_n when_o he_o say_v nevertheless_o the_o king_n commandment_n prevail_v with_o joab_n and_o with_o the_o captain_n of_o the_o host_n the_o rest_n see_v the_o king_n humour_n hold_v their_o peace_n &_o say_v nothing_o only_a joab_n use_v some_o speech_n to_o alter_v the_o king_n mind_n but_o perceive_v with_o what_o affection_n the_o king_n be_v carry_v he_o think_v it_o be_v not_o best_o for_o he_o in_o policy_n to_o set_v himself_o altogether_o against_o the_o king_n affection_n proceed_v from_o a_o evil_a affection_n the_o time_n will_v not_o serve_v i_o to_o discuss_v the_o reason_n on_o both_o the_o side_n therefore_o i_o will_v speak_v of_o the_o case_n brief_o and_o general_o if_o the_o prince_n command_v any_o thing_n to_o be_v do_v which_o of_o itself_o be_v unlawefull_a and_o against_o the_o commandment_n of_o god_n that_o commandment_n of_o any_o subject_n be_v not_o to_o be_v excute_v for_o we_o be_v so_o bind_v to_o obey_v earthly_a prince_n that_o we_o disobey_v not_o the_o god_n of_o heaven_n &_o earth_n &_o therefore_o joab_n shall_v have_v suffer_v death_n rather_o than_o to_o have_v obey_v david_n commandment_n in_o betray_v &_o murder_v of_o urias_n with_o y_z e_z sword_n of_o y_fw-fr e_o amonites_n which_o be_v a_o faithful_a subject_n &_o a_o valiant_a captain_n i_o say_v he_o shall_v have_v suffer_v death_n rather_o than_o to_o have_v execute_v such_o a_o commandment_n because_o y_o e_o fact_n be_v altogether_o ungodly_a some_o case_n be_v not_o only_o lawful_a but_o also_o necessary_a if_o joab_n have_v do_v his_o duty_n thorough_o in_o admonish_v the_o king_n of_o his_o corrupt_a affection_n and_o of_o the_o vengeance_n of_o god_n like_o to_o ensue_v if_o he_o proceed_v therein_o and_o that_o when_o he_o have_v do_v all_o that_o he_o can_v &_o ought_v to_o have_v do_v to_o dissuade_v he_o his_o advice_n will_v take_v no_o place_n but_o the_o king_n will_v still_o urge_v his_o commandment_n &_o enforce_v joabs_n obedience_n i_o see_v no_o cause_n but_o y_o it_o he_o may_v have_v execute_v y_o e_o king_n commandment_n the_o conclusion_n of_o y_fw-fr e_o whole_a matter_n because_o i_o see_v y_fw-fr e_fw-la time_n be_v past_a &_o i_o will_v be_v looth_a to_o abuse_v your_o honourable_a patience_n too_o long_o in_o few_o word_n be_v this_o the_o justice_n of_o god_n be_v set_v forth_o to_o this_o end_n that_o we_o may_v be_v afraid_a by_o sin_n to_o provoke_v his_o wrath_n the_o malice_n of_o satan_n be_v describe_v that_o we_o may_v be_v careful_a to_o beware_v of_o it_o and_o by_o faith_n to_o withstand_v it_o the_o frailty_n of_o man_n be_v show_v that_o see_v our_o weakness_n we_o may_v be_v humble_v thereby_o and_o teach_v to_o seek_v for_o strength_n only_o at_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n who_o grace_n through_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n shall_v be_v sufficient_a for_o we_o
