the_o thing_n that_o be_v to_o say_v jesus_n christ_n who_o be_v now_o about_o to_o leave_v the_o apostle_n nor_o his_o expression_n at_o all_o suffer_v we_o to_o doubt_v but_o that_o he_o require_v of_o his_o love_n and_o the_o price_n of_o our_o redemption_n the_o bishop_n of_o condom_n very_o far_o from_o acknowledge_v that_o to_o call_v to_o remembrance_n as_o our_o lord_n require_v suppose_v the_o manner_n in_o which_o it_o be_v believe_v they_o eat_v this_o flesh_n in_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n any_o thing_n which_o do_v more_o affect_v the_o sense_n than_o we_o see_v that_o we_o eat_v it_o both_o one_o and_o the_o other_o under_o the_o same_o kind_n or_o form_n of_o bread_n and_o wine_n we_o will_v not_o here_o inquire_v whether_o it_o excite_v a_o real_a tenderness_n to_o conceive_v that_o we_o effective_o eat_v the_o flesh_n which_o we_o love_v and_o adore_v or_o if_o on_o the_o contrary_a it_o be_v not_o by_o degree_n that_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n itself_o be_v become_v accustom_a unto_o this_o conceit_n which_o of_o itself_o do_v stir_v up_o contrary_a affection_n it_o will_v be_v only_o needful_a to_o compare_v the_o manner_n how_o they_o administer_v the_o sacrament_n in_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n with_o that_o wherein_o they_o administer_v they_o in_o our_o church_n to_o judge_v which_o of_o the_o two_o be_v most_o capable_a to_o entertain_v a_o true_a remembrance_n of_o the_o death_n of_o jesus_n christ_n the_o church_n of_o rome_n believe_v she_o hold_v the_o proper_a flesh_n of_o jesus_n christ_n under_o the_o sacred_a covert_n of_o bread_n and_o wine_n as_o it_o be_v under_o a_o mystical_a tomb_n or_o under_o dead_a sign_n but_o a_o live_n and_o vivify_a flesh_n etc._n etc._n these_o be_v the_o term_n of_o the_o bishop_n of_o condom_n which_o form_n a_o notion_n or_o idea_n very_o perplex_v and_o contradictory_n as_o if_o we_o shall_v say_v a_o dead_a body_n full_a of_o life_n and_o the_o fountain_n of_o life_n under_o though_o we_o do_v not_o here_o repeat_v this_o form_n of_o petition_n to_o condemn_v it_o because_o it_o be_v good_a and_o of_o ancient_a use_n yet_o it_o may_v be_v say_v that_o it_o be_v a_o more_o self-interessed_n consideration_n which_o make_v they_o not_o to_o reflect_v but_o only_o upon_o their_o own_o profit_n and_o advantage_n and_o which_o be_v more_o the_o priest_n say_v this_o itself_o in_o the_o same_o latin_a tongue_n which_o the_o great_a part_n do_v not_o understand_v in_o very_a truth_n what_o sound_a remembrance_n or_o what_o true_a sense_n of_o love_n and_o thankfulness_n we_o have_v against_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o real_a presence_n do_v direct_o oppose_v this_o particular_a doctrine_n of_o take_v away_o the_o cup._n 2._o who_o have_v give_v this_o right_n to_o the_o roman_a church_n to_o seek_v for_o reason_n to_o take_v away_o so_o considerable_a a_o part_n of_o the_o institution_n of_o our_o lord_n 3._o and_o to_o conclude_v what_o ground_n have_v the_o bishop_n of_o condom_n to_o conclude_v as_o he_o do_v that_o the_o separation_n of_o the_o body_n and_o blood_n be_v not_o real_a for_o our_o lord_n do_v separate_v they_o in_o the_o institution_n he_o say_v of_o the_o bread_n apart_o that_o it_o be_v his_o body_n break_v for_o we_o and_o of_o the_o wine_n apart_o that_o it_o be_v his_o blood_n shed_v for_o we_o and_o he_o also_o command_v several_o that_o we_o eat_v of_o the_o bread_n and_o drink_v of_o the_o cup._n the_o bishop_n of_o condom_n say_v without_o any_o more_o ado_n that_o the_o separation_n of_o the_o body_n and_o blood_n be_v not_o real_a and_o if_o any_o will_v know_v how_o he_o prove_v it_o he_o add_v cold_o 132._o pa._n 132._o as_o it_o be_v say_v that_o be_v elsewhere_o upon_o occasion_n then_o also_o he_o insinuate_v by_o the_o way_n that_o this_o separation_n be_v mystical_a and_o figurative_a without_o give_v the_o least_o reason_n for_o it_o any_o more_o than_o he_o do_v here_o and_o it_o be_v enough_o according_a to_o he_o to_o make_v this_o separation_n not_o to_o be_v real_a that_o he_o insinuate_v it_o without_o more_o ado_n with_o a_o as_o it_o have_v be_v say_v nevertheless_o if_o the_o bread_n and_o wine_n be_v real_o make_v the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o our_o lord_n according_a to_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n by_o what_o reason_n can_v one_o part_n of_o the_o institution_n be_v take_v to_o be_v real_a and_o the_o other_o part_n pretend_v to_o be_v mystical_a and_o figurative_a or_o rather_o if_o the_o separation_n of_o the_o body_n and_o blood_n be_v only_o in_o the_o mystery_n and_o figure_n wherefore_o will_v they_o not_o also_o grant_v that_o the_o bread_n and_o the_o wine_n also_o be_v but_o the_o mystery_n and_o the_o figure_n of_o the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o jesus_n christ_n for_o there_o be_v no_o more_o reason_n for_o the_o one_o than_o for_o the_o other_o our_o saviour_n have_v say_v this_o be_v my_o body_n which_o be_v break_v for_o you_o if_o these_o word_n this_o be_v my_o body_n aught_o to_o be_v understand_v in_o a_o proper_a and_o real_a sense_n there_o can_v any_o good_a reason_n be_v give_v wherefore_o these_o other_o word_n that_o follow_v to_o wit_n which_o be_v break_v for_o you_o ought_v not_o also_o be_v take_v in_o the_o same_o sense_n as_o those_o that_o go_v before_o but_o that_o the_o first_o shall_v be_v understand_v in_o a_o proper_a sense_n and_o they_o that_o follow_v in_o a_o mystical_a and_o figurative_a sense_n be_v unreasonable_a for_o as_o our_o saviour_n say_v that_o the_o bread_n be_v his_o body_n he_o say_v that_o this_o body_n be_v break_v it_o be_v the_o same_o lord_n speak_v that_o be_v in_o a_o word_n if_o it_o must_v be_v understand_v that_o the_o bread_n be_v real_o make_v the_o body_n of_o jesus_n christ_n it_o can_v be_v understand_v but_o that_o it_o be_v also_o make_v his_o body_n real_o break_v i_o mean_v his_o dead_a body_n and_o his_o body_n real_o separate_v from_o his_o blood_n so_o that_o what_o way_n soever_o we_o take_v the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n it_o manifest_o contradict_v itself_o for_o either_o the_o bread_n be_v not_o real_o the_o body_n of_o jesus_n christ_n or_o if_o it_o be_v his_o body_n it_o be_v his_o body_n break_v and_o in_o a_o state_n of_o death_n which_o can_v be_v say_v without_o impiety_n because_o our_o lord_n be_v rise_v from_o the_o dead_a and_o death_n have_v no_o more_o dominion_n over_o he_o and_o last_o suppose_v that_o his_o proper_a body_n be_v in_o the_o sacrament_n in_o a_o state_n of_o death_n and_o separate_v from_o his_o blood_n this_o separation_n be_v real_a it_o can_v not_o be_v say_v as_o say_v the_o bishop_n of_o condom_n that_o the_o sacrament_n be_v receive_v full_o and_o without_o division_n under_o one_o kind_n only_o nor_o by_o consequence_n that_o the_o cup_n ought_v to_o be_v take_v away_o the_o bishop_n of_o condom_n not_o be_v able_a to_o justify_v this_o retrenchment_n use_v two_o reason_n to_o endeavour_v to_o make_v it_o indureable_a the_o first_o be_v that_o it_o be_v not_o at_o all_o through_o contempt_n that_o the_o church_n reduce_v the_o faithful_a to_o one_o kind_n only_o but_o on_o the_o contrary_a that_o it_o be_v to_o hinder_v the_o irreverency_n that_o the_o confusion_n and_o negligence_n of_o the_o people_n have_v cause_v in_o the_o last_o age_n reserve_v unto_o herself_o the_o re-establishment_n of_o the_o communion_n under_o both_o kind_n according_a as_o it_o shall_v be_v most_o useful_a for_o increase_v of_o peace_n and_o unity_n but_o be_v not_o this_o in_o some_o sort_n to_o say_v that_o our_o saviour_n do_v not_o foresee_v these_o irreverency_n when_o he_o command_v we_o shall_v all_o drink_v of_o the_o cup_n apostle_n time_n and_o in_o the_o first_o age_n of_o christianity_n than_o in_o the_o time_n when_o this_o innovation_n be_v make_v for_o in_o the_o first_o time_n the_o christian_n be_v persecute_v
