be_v virtuous_o bring_v up_o to_o lead_v a_o godly_a and_o a_o christian_a life_n remember_v always_o that_o baptism_n do_v represent_v unto_o we_o our_o profession_n which_o be_v to_o follow_v the_o of_o such_o as_o bring_v the_o child_n that_o all_o thing_n be_v do_v as_o they_o ought_v to_o be_v then_o shall_v not_o be_v christen_v the_o child_n again_o but_o shall_v receive_v he_o as_o one_o the_o bottom_n of_o his_o heart_n all_o person_n that_o have_v offend_v he_o and_o if_o he_o have_v offend_v any_o other_o to_o ask_v they_o forgiveness_n and_o where_o he_o have_v do_v injury_n or_o wrong_n to_o any_o man_n that_o he_o make_v amends_o to_o the_o uttermost_a of_o his_o power_n and_o if_o he_o have_v not_o before_o dispose_v of_o his_o good_n let_v he_o then_o be_v admonish_v to_o make_v his_o will_n and_o to_o declare_v his_o debt_n what_o he_o owe_v and_o what_o be_v owe_v unto_o he_o for_o the_o better_a discharge_n of_o his_o conscience_n and_o the_o quietness_n of_o his_o executor_n but_o man_n shall_v often_o be_v put_v in_o remembrance_n to_o take_v order_n for_o the_o settle_n of_o their_o temporal_a estate_n whilst_o they_o be_v in_o health_n ¶_o these_o word_n before_o rehearse_v may_v be_v say_v before_o the_o minister_n begin_v his_o prayer_n as_o he_o shall_v see_v cause_n ¶_o the_o minister_n shall_v not_o omit_v earnest_o to_o move_v such_o sick_a his_o conscience_n trouble_v with_o any_o weighty_a matter_n after_o which_o confession_n the_o priest_n shall_v absolve_v he_o if_o he_o humble_o and_o hearty_o desire_v it_o after_o this_o sort_n our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n who_o have_v leave_v power_n to_o his_o church_n to_o absolve_v all_o sinner_n who_o true_o repent_v and_o believe_v in_o he_o of_o his_o great_a mercy_n forgive_v thou_o thy_o offence_n and_o by_o his_o authority_n commit_v to_o i_o i_o absolve_v thou_o from_o all_o thy_o sin_n in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o father_n and_o of_o the_o son_n and_o of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n amen_n ¶_o and_o then_o the_o priest_n shall_v say_v the_o collect_v follow_v let_v we_o pray_v o_o most_o merciful_a god_n who_o according_a to_o the_o multitude_n of_o thy_o mercy_n do_v so_o put_v away_o the_o sin_n of_o those_o who_o true_o repent_v that_o thou_o remember_v they_o no_o more_o open_v thy_o eye_n of_o mercy_n upon_o this_o thy_o servant_n who_o most_o earnest_o my_o youth_n through_o thou_o have_v i_o be_v hold_v up_o ever_o since_o i_o be_v bear_v thou_o be_v he_o that_o take_v i_o out_o of_o my_o mother_n womb_n my_o praise_n shall_v always_o be_v of_o
