maintain_v a_o lineal_a succession_n in_o posterity_n and_o the_o inheritance_n ever_o to_o descend_v upon_o the_o grandchild_n after_o the_o death_n of_o the_o son_n and_o heir_n and_o yet_o to_o keep_v house_n with_o a_o wife_n in_o any_o construction_n be_v this_o to_o leave_v or_o abandon_v one_o father_n nay_o herein_o consist_v their_o principal_a duty_n and_o obedience_n and_o if_o they_o marry_v and_o keep_v house_n together_o and_o so_o deduct_v as_o it_o be_v new_a colony_n all_o be_v do_v with_o leave_n and_o reference_n to_o their_o parent_n and_o for_o my_o part_n i_o will_v fain_o know_v how_o it_o can_v in_o any_o sense_n be_v construe_v that_o for_o a_o man_n to_o marry_v a_o wife_n be_v to_o forsake_v and_o relinquish_v his_o father_n and_o mother_n whereas_o in_o a_o sort_n be_v to_o be_v prefer_v before_o the_o former_a and_o shall_v yet_o these_o pharisy_n please_v thou_o more_o than_o christ_n it_o be_v not_o without_o a_o mystery_n that_o god_n give_v those_o commandment_n concern_v his_o own_o honour_n simple_o without_o imposition_n of_o punishment_n if_o any_o break_v they_o or_o proposal_n of_o reward_n if_o any_o keep_v they_o but_o when_o he_o give_v this_o commandment_n concern_v our_o duty_n towards_o our_o parent_n he_o add_v this_o clause_n that_o thy_o day_n may_v be_v long_o upon_o earth_n for_o albeit_o hereby_o it_o be_v clear_o evident_a that_o nature_n can_v suffer_v that_o he_o shall_v live_v long_o upon_o the_o earth_n that_o respect_n not_o these_o of_o who_o he_o have_v receive_v life_n nor_o endure_v that_o it_o shall_v go_v well_o with_o he_o any_o where_o that_o will_v hide_v himself_o for_o no_o other_o end_n but_o that_o he_o may_v not_o show_v himself_o grateful_a unto_o they_o that_o with_o so_o great_a care_n and_o trouble_v after_o they_o have_v give_v he_o life_n have_v nourish_v and_o sustain_v he_o yet_o that_o which_o we_o so_o principal_o intend_v appear_v from_o thence_o for_o he_o say_v that_o he_o be_v full_a of_o jealousy_n if_o a_o man_n worship_v strange_a and_o false_a god_n but_o if_o he_o worship_v his_o parent_n god_n be_v so_o far_o from_o envy_v it_o that_o by_o all_o mean_v possible_a he_o will_v and_o command_v it_o &_o that_o with_o such_o a_o reward_n which_o of_o mankind_n be_v most_o desire_a why_o press_v he_o all_o these_o thing_n so_o earnest_o because_o when_o parent_n these_o second_o god_n be_v honour_v who_o he_o so_o much_o accepte_n and_o so_o well_o account_v of_o whatsoever_o be_v do_v unto_o they_o he_o take_v it_o do_v unto_o himself_o but_o if_o any_o duty_n be_v leave_v undo_v unto_o they_o let_v we_o worship_v he_o in_o the_o best_a manner_n we_o can_v devise_v yet_o do_v it_o not_o excuse_v us._n and_o perhaps_o this_o may_v be_v the_o reason_n that_o god_n if_o i_o may_v so_o speak_v be_v not_o so_o hard_a to_o please_v in_o that_o honour_n and_o worship_n which_o we_o owe_v unto_o he_o as_o every_o man_n be_v curious_a in_o
