king_n be_v by_o common_a consent_n and_o that_o the_o same_o common_a consent_n may_v institute_v any_o other_o title_n and_o make_v it_o as_o effectual_a as_o that_o of_o king_n this_o must_v be_v acknowledge_v but_o withal_o you_o may_v be_v please_v to_o observe_v that_o the_o title_n of_o king_n be_v not_o only_o by_o a_o original_n common_a consent_n but_o that_o consent_n also_o approve_v justice_n we_o have_v cause_n to_o thank_v that_o care_n which_o place_v so_o good_a judge_n and_o officer_n over_o we_o yet_o give_v i_o leave_v to_o say_v that_o in_o private_a cause_n between_o party_n and_o party_n and_o in_o public_a matter_n in_o nominal_a cause_n it_o be_v not_o easy_a to_o find_v justice_n to_o be_v do_v by_o some_o juror_n and_o many_o question_n have_v rise_v upon_o the_o occasion_n of_o those_o new_a title_n concern_v that_o tender_a point_n of_o good_a man_n satisfaction_n i_o think_v it_o require_v a_o very_a great_a regard_n from_o we_o and_o i_o doubt_v not_o but_o those_o good_a people_n will_v be_v full_o satisfy_v if_o they_o consider_v the_o covenant_n promise_n and_o precept_n which_o in_o the_o scripture_n be_v annex_v to_o the_o name_n of_o king_n and_o although_o some_o have_v allege_v that_o they_o belong_v to_o any_o chief_a magistrate_n as_o well_o as_o to_o king_n yet_o no_o man_n do_v ever_o read_v the_o original_a word_n translate_v otherwise_o than_o king_n neither_o do_v i_o find_v the_o title_n of_o protector_n once_o mention_v in_o the_o holy_a text._n if_o the_o present_a authority_n be_v a_o lawful_a authority_n which_o i_o hope_v none_o of_o we_o will_v deny_v sure_o those_o good_a man_n who_o be_v so_o well_o principled_a in_o godliness_n will_v not_o forget_v that_o precept_n of_o submission_n to_o authority_n and_o to_o be_v satisfy_v with_o that_o which_o lawful_a authority_n shall_v ordain_v their_o right_n and_o liberty_n be_v the_o same_o with_o we_o and_o the_o parliament_n can_v advise_v any_o thing_n for_o the_o preservation_n of_o the_o people_n right_n but_o these_o good_a man_n be_v include_v which_o i_o hope_v will_v be_v no_o dissatisfaction_n to_o they_o in_o all_o the_o change_n which_o we_o have_v see_v there_o have_v be_v a_o dissatisfaction_n to_o some_o yet_o still_o the_o blessing_n of_o god_n have_v go_v a_o long_a through_o all_o these_o change_n with_o those_o who_o carry_v on_o his_o interest_n and_o the_o cause_n be_v the_o same_o the_o same_o mercy_n have_v be_v continue_v and_o i_o doubt_v not_o but_o if_o the_o intend_a change_n and_o restitution_n be_v make_v as_o i_o hope_v it_o will_v i_o doubt_v not_o but_o the_o same_o god_n will_v continue_v his_o blessing_n to_o that_o good_a old_a cause_n wherein_o we_o be_v engage_v and_o that_o good_a man_n will_v receive_v satisfaction_n by_o it_o your_o highness_n have_v be_v tell_v that_o the_o title_n of_o king_n be_v upon_o the_o foundation_n of_o law_n and_o that_o a_o new_a title_n must_v have_v a_o constitution_n to_o make_v the_o law_n relate_v unto_o it_o and_o that_o unto_o the_o law_n i_o shall_v only_o add_v this_o that_o a_o title_n by_o relation_n be_v not_o so_o
