like_a as_o a_o great_a dunghill_n which_o whilst_o it_o lie_v on_o a_o heap_n together_o do_v no_o good_a but_o hurt_v whereas_o if_o it_o be_v disperse_v and_o spread_v upon_o the_o barren_a land_n it_o will_v enrich_v much_o ground_n produce_v increase_n and_o plenty_n the_o like_a shall_v money_n or_o such_o sort_n of_o riches_n be_v spread_v equal_o to_o make_v a_o commonwealth_n live_v happy_o indeed_o a_o prodigal_n be_v more_o beneficial_a and_o profitable_a to_o a_o commonwealth_n than_o a_o usurer_n for_o a_o
spare_v in_o spend_v the_o common_a treasure_n and_o severe_o punish_v those_o that_o endeavour_n to_o cousin_n and_o rob_v the_o common_a treasure_n and_o none_o shall_v be_v suffer_v to_o hord_n up_o riches_n but_o in_o the_o common_a treasure_n which_o be_v to_o be_v spend_v general_o for_o the_o good_a of_o all_o the_o whole_a kingdom_n in_o time_n of_o necessity_n as_o in_o the_o time_n
